It's already at the highest it can go so it can't be upgraded any further.

It's just a skin. Only look. Or am i wrong?

And what means "Ultimate" on a skin? Special values when i add this skin? Or just the "glow"?

 

Maybe i buy one later with nicer look. Don't need a Superman replica.

Ultimate on a pet skin means only changed look + glow.

 

Ultimate on a pet aura means better stats. 

 

So this is only a pet skin you add onto your pet aura, therefore it only changes the look not the stats.
