Man what are you saying??????????? Like I said, the 3rd difficulty would just give new players the opportunity to play the damn game. That does not effect you, or the market in any shape or form. If there's no incentive for a player to run the dungeon in easy mode, there not going to run it. How is that difficult to understand???????? If the dungeon doesn't drop loot, why would people run it except for the daily challenge?????????????????????????

That is 100% complete, utter bullshit. The 3rd difficulty is an option specifically designed so that new players can complete the daily challenge and participate in DC based events. No scales, no item drops, no cores, none of that. It would benefit new players and alts only. Players who require scales, legendary accessories, will continue to run normal and hard as usual. The 3rd difficulty would just give new players the opportunity to play the damn game. That does not effect you, or the market in any shape or form.

I've seen this happen before. When I was in highschool I use to play this mobile mmo wow clone called Order and Chaos Online. It was pretty good for a mobile game. But Gameloft decided to release a 2nd game called Order and Chaos 2. It was also really good, but it didn't connect with the Order and Chaos 1 playerbase and didn't do as well. So not only did they kill their original game by creating a 2nd version of the game, but because the game was nowhere near acceptable for the current Order and Chaos 1 playerbase, their 2nd game didnt do well. So they just abandoned both games. You can still download them and play them, but the devs literally just stopped working on the games. And I have the feeling that's exactly what's going to happen to BNS on PC. BNS 2 will do well on mobile, and there going to just stop supporting the PC version. I had hope, but all this bns 2 talk is confirming my fears...

NCSOFT confirmed that Blade and Soul 2 will be released in the first quarter of 2021. They did not confirm whether this is a global launch, or a KR launch. But one thing is for sure. This confirms the death of Blade and Soul. The fact that BNS 2 takes place after the events of BNS is a clear confirmation, that NCSOFT has no plans to continue supporting BNS. It's almost like they've been trying to force people off of the PC version by not fixing performance and ignoring major concerns of the player-base. Hell it very well might've been their marketing strategy. They're a really dumb company, so doing something like this isn't very far out of their domain. It's just sad, because I love bns, and I don't know if I'll have the same connection with a mobile game...this sucks man...

Yall aint got no loyalty to your classes. I been playing Des since 2017 and never looked back, even when it sucked. You need to reroll to a class that you enjoy.

I tried this and I cannot believe it. The game runs crystal clear in combat. I just don't understand why they won't fix the damn game....

Everybody on this forum has good takes and bad takes, myself included. You need to get over the fact that if you make a point that I believe is bad, then I'm going to tell you. That's your problem. Anyway, you mentioned the benefit of that 3rd difficulty. Completing the daily challenge. The DC is a core part of how a brand new player progresses throughout the game. Furthermore, a new player can go into a dungeon they've never gone into before, and get some sort of understanding of the bare basics of the bosses and mechanics, without getting crucified, or people leaving the party because of a wipe. It's just giving more access to players in general. I wouldn't mind if the 3rd difficulties still had drops and counted towards gear achievements, but I understand if it doesn't because the dungeons are extremely easy. Your problem is it's not beneficial to you. But that's not my issue. My concern is with the game as a whole.

Considering that NS drops the best PVE bracelet, I'm pretty sure NCSOFT has no plans to nerf the dungeon itself. I was hoping that in the last update, we would receive the 3rd dungeon difficulty that KR has. That would be very beneficial for us and the other regions.

What a great post. Now that you point it out, I do remember having a good time farming in celestial basin. I could turn on a live stream and sit for hours trying to farm those BT badges. Though I do like the idea of turning on auto combat and leaving my computer to farm for me, it would be nice if they added more features to these 2 new areas. The things you brought up about the Ebon Realm are extremely crucial and I hope ncsoft reworks that zone a little bit. Once again, great post.

I know that there are a lot of breakthrough accessories for each dungeon that people need to upgrade their gear, but it would be nice if we could purchase them from a vendor with cores from the dungeon they drop from. I think this has been suggested before but I'm putting it out there again.

It's not part of their business model. They rarely give away free stuff, let alone do a sale.

I think the point here is this was a good change. Majority of the player base wanted this change so they did it. End of story.

You ask and say the weirdest things..

Try this. Go back to moon refuge and try to switch to channel 2 or even 3 if there's enough people in moon refuge, and try going to an area like the blightwoods, or the lunar grove. There should be less people there. Also, a lot of the bots will automatically accept you if they have enough room in there party. Not all of them, but most seem to accept my alts.

This is what I think needs to be changed: 1. Remove the expiration of the ebon buds. That's a very weird feature that they added. It serves no purpose. 2. Nightfall Sanctuary was released in mid 2018. It's been 2 years and that gear should be considered obsolete at this point. I don't know how much they should reduce the cost of the weapon, accessories and soul shield, but it should be lowered a little more. I just don't understand why every single update, they make it harder and harder for a brand new player to get into the game and start doing content. It's so weird.

Also let me add this..my last cry of logic....Think for 5 seconds if you will. Why would a company as greedy as NCSOFT, spend another dime in costs for running a game as costly as Blade and Soul in the west, if they were making pennies from it?! If they make billions of dollars in one quarter from all their games.....why are they wasting time still spending money to run a 100% free to play game? Why? Because there not making pennies.
