You guys have known about these issues for years and we may see fixes in '20? The only fix I have any hope you can pull off is the net coding issues, which like most of the issues have been in the game for years.

Ya, um no. The majority of the issues are related to poor net code, which UE4 won't fix, and horrendous management practices by NCsoft and NCWest. So, yes UE4 will make the game look pretty, however it won't fix the management issues. The game has been on a rocket sled ride downhill for at least 6 months (see Storm of Arrows update) and this letter is more evidence they have no intention of changing that.

The grind is meant to keep you logging in longer so it looks like the servers are being used more than they really are.

You must have forgotten how poorly tested the Storm of Arrows update was and the fact we had to beta test it for them.

The could fix these rumors, however I think they enjoy watching people suffer for months and then 3 days before release have a stream.

Don't worry, it's the same dev's/management so you should have very low expectations. I suspect they released Storm of Arrows, broken, on purpose to get people in the mindset that they are in fact totally bush league at all aspects of game development and publishing.

If they could be bothered to do some right for a change they would come out, right now, and clarify their intentions. Then again this is same garbage ass management team so I expect they won't tell us anything until the week of release.

The game performance is trash and yes it's a known issue. There is 50+ threads about this very same thing. You can clean it up a bit using BnS Buddy and shutting off animations.

Moonstone/Eyls went up a lot as a result.

To be fair, they haven't been able to optimize the game for years due to severe limitations of UE3.

I don't AC until bs is done, so if the target is dead by then oh well.

It makes it difficult to do weeklies now since the Crimson chat is so dead on NA. I keep alts in Ceru so I can see raids being formed so I get weeklies done, not all leaders /z to recruit.

The issue is if you are in a clan that is the opposite faction. Again, at this point there is no need for factions anymore so merge the chats at the very least.
