  1. Soul Boost Season 2 was designed to help players get from +3 Silversteel Weapon - Stage 6 to Silversteel Weapon - Stage 9, so these rewards will not allow you to upgrade starting from Thornbreaker Stage 9 as opposed to Soul Boost Season 1.
  2. We're investigating the various reports that players sent about Soul Boost Season 2, including the Awakened Uzume Ring Chest and the Silversteel Weapon upgrade. I'll update when I know more!

  9. Please post bug reports in the corresponding subforums (I've moved this thread for now). This is the intended design for those specific quests as it allows new and returning players to benefit from playing the new Story. People who already played those story missions will not be able to get the points but it doesn't preclude those players from reaching Stage 2 fairly quickly and ultimately complete Soul Boost Season 2.

Let me use this post to explain things a bit more in detail ("a bit" because I'm skipping some details): The in-game content and the blog posts are done by different people working with different pipelines (that are connected). The Soul Boost Season 1 bug came in very late (as someone pointed out) and required us to dig deep into the problem. By the way, we did not delay Season 2. EDIT: as others pointed out, there were different issues when it launched and I wasn't covering the game at that time! The Soul Boost Season 2 content was checked in depth by our teams. They caught mistakes and had to make adjustments over the past few weeks, but it's a complex operation on the backend, and it's only one of the things that they have to check! The blog post was delayed due to a combination of time it took me to double-check information, and finalize the blog, get it reviewed and localized. (it's currently live while our teams work on pushing this content live)

  17. In principle, I agree, and I would even create a specific thread for suggestions (maybe I'll do it after tomorrow's update). That said, I noticed that the Blade& & Soul community is "fairly chatty" and often discusses other players' suggestions. So right now, I'm keeping both options on the table. Maybe I'll submit a poll to see how people feel about either option? Thanks for your suggestions, @DyoxEvo, and others who shared theirs before. I'm keeping those in my bookmarks to gather more feedback and try to present it to our teams. P.S.: please stop tagging me in your posts. It doesn't bring the kind of visibility you think it does. Just imagine if you were facing a crowd of people and each of them were shouting your name?

  19. I see a lot more by listening to players. In fact I see more the more players talk here or on social! There isn't one unique "player profile" in this community (or any community really) and, like I said above, assuming the opposite only pushes less players to share their personal perspective.
  20. You misunderstood my comment: not everyone likes or dislikes a part of the game for the same reason. There are definitely trends in the feedback I'm hearing BUT I want each player to give me THEIR feedback, not the one other people assume they have. In fact, by being more open to each individual's feedback, the Blade & Soul community can become more welcoming to others.
  21. Hi @Flupy First, thank you for sharing your feedback! While it's clear that you're not a native speaker, I think I mostly understood what you said and wanted to provide some answers. Being in the game is not a good way to promote information about the game to many people and gather feedback from the player base. That is why I spend a lot of time on the forums and social media, where I can reach many more players than if I were in the game. We post most of the information about releases on our website (see the "News" link at the top of this page, or go to https://www.bladeandsoul.com/) and the three main social media account (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook). We just started doing it last Wednesday for this Wednesday's release, and in addition to that I posted a deeper look into some changes on the forums (and shared this on Twitter and Facebook). As I mentioned in the post above (link again), we've removed RNG from the Skystealer tier of accessories. Each territory is its own environment and should not be compared to each other. Each community is different in nature and even how they play content. If you have specific requests, you can share them here, but the game has been set up this way for many years, as you know if you've played the game for many years, and this won't change. Could you please provide detailed feedback about the events? Your description above says nothing of why you dislike them, so it's very hard for us to understand how to change events in this case. I also want to be very clear that your feedback is only part of the whole. Some players want things other players are not interested in, so we have to strike a balance in terms of what we change.   23. First, I want to thank you @Gengar and others here who posted respectful and well-thought-out feedback on this news. We wanted to present it to the community before it goes live next week. What you say above is correct: players should continue to give us feedback here (on the forums), and we'll continue to listen. As you may remember, when I joined a few months ago, I asked for the community's patience in bringing about some changes. These changes, and those to Treasure Trove and the Costume Rotation, are the results of the work we've been doing to improve the game based on what the community is saying. Now we start another cycle of listening to the community's feedback and trying to find answers to the concerns players share. One last thing: not everyone will agree on what is a good or bad change. Please be respectful of other players and the staff. You can disagree, but you cannot do it in a way that breaks the Forum's Code of Conduct. Thank you!

  25. We're changing the probabilities for each enchantment level to 100% (at that specific tier, and not the other tiers), not introducing a new upgrade path. The cost will increase to reflect that change and you'll see it in the Patch Notes.
