Hi everyone, We’ve announced today our next update releasing on July 6: Infinite Inferno! You can read the overview in the news post. We also wanted to update you on a few things that will be implemented in this patch based on the community feedback. Here’s what you can expect: We’ve included three months (in Korea) of skill updates for the new Warden 3rd Specialization. The number of daily challenges will increase from 9 to 13 and include older dungeons to add variety. The difficulty of Soul Boost was reduced a bit in Season 2 compared to Season 1 to make it more accessible. There is going to be a guaranteed way to get your Upsurge Weapon and the Starcross Accessories via an NPC. You’ll need to complete specific achievements, and it will cost 20 Upsurge Ore for an Upsurge weapon and 20 Starcross Essence for a Starcross Accessory. The enchantment probability for Skystealer accessories and the True Skystealer Ring has been changed to 100% for all enchantment levels. The enchantment costs were also increased accordingly. This is specific to that tier or accessory. Sterling Crystals will be added via a new chest in the Dragon Express that can be purchased twice a week per account. It is also a reward for the new event (Fortunes Fall). A final note: the Hongmoon Camp event will be extended by a month, due to an incorrect end date being displayed on the item. Chers joueurs français et allemands, nous vous informons que nous avons pris la décision difficile d'arrêter la localisation des voix dans vos langues sur Blade & Soul. Nous continuerons de fournir une assistance dans ces langues ainsi que des sous-titres localisés pour les futures cinématiques de Blade & Soul. Aucun autre aspect du jeu ne sera affecté. Ce changement prendra effet à compter de la mise à jour de juillet. Le contenu déjà localisé en français et en allemand restera accessible en jeu, mais les futurs dialogues ne seront proposés qu'en anglais aux joueurs français et allemands.

Es kann bis zu 24 Stunden dauern, bis der Fortschritt für einige Charaktere aktualisiert ist. The Kaebi Tickets and Coins share the same date because they’re part of the same event, but only the coins can be redeemed past the event’s end date.

Hi everyone, Since there's already an existing thread about the Treasure Trove feedback, I'm going to add two things: This was a first attempt to modify Treasure Trove and we'll probably continue to update it based on the feedback from the community. Now is the time to tell us: What items would you like to see removed and added? If you can be specific about quantities, it'll help. In general, what reduces the appeal of the Treasure Trove to you, and what would improve it? Guidelines on giving feedback: Please be concise (brief and clear). Sometimes less is more! I understand that the context of your feedback is important to you and it can help us understand where you're coming from (for example why having more material of one kind will help you upgrade a weapon you're working on). Avoid speculations and hypotheticals. Preferably refer to your own experience. Last but not least, be respectful. To us and to others. We'd love to hear your feedback before the end of next week if possible! Thanks.

The Gildstones can be obtained from the Namdo Shrine Gildstone Chest you get from clearing the Namdo Shrine dungeon first clear at stages 6, 11 and 13.

Here's a quick update: we believe that we've identified a solution to the problem and are planning to release it during the next maintenance on Wednesday June 15. I'll share the details on Wednesday once everything is confirmed, but I wanted to let you know as soon as it's been confirmed.

Update: the Week 2 rewards have been distributed. If you haven't received Week 1 or 2, please contact the Customer Support Team!

The dungeons now rewards Upsurge weapons that are appropriate to the class you're using. Note that the guide (Ctrl+J) does not reflect that change and this will be fixed in a future update.

After looking into the rewards distribution, we found accounts that we missed. We’ve now distributed the Week 1 rewards to those accounts. Later today, the Week 2 rewards will be sent so that there’s no confusion about those two rounds of distribution today!
