Schritt 2 der Quest „Der Weg des Elementarkämpfers: Teil 3“ kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Einige Gegenstände reduzieren den Schaden pro Sekunde für bestimmte Klassen. Einige Illusionsbögen können nicht in der Garderobe abgelegt werden.

L'arène des âmes affiche par erreur « Saison 1 » au lieu de « Saison 2 ». Il est impossible d'accomplir la 2e étape de la quête « La voie du Pugiliste élémentaire : partie 3 ». En fonction des classes, certains objets entraînent une baisse des DPS. Certains arcs d'illusion ne peuvent pas être placés dans la garde-robe.

This is on our list of known issues (that I just posted):

Know Issues: The Dropscotch button is still visible in the Contents menu, despite the event being finished. Clicking it at this time will simply cause the menu to close. The Soul Arena loading screen text is in Korean. Soul Arena displays Season 2 incorrectly as "Season 1". The quest "The Way of the Soul Fighter: Part 3" step 2 cannot be completed. Some items are reducing DPS for certain classes. Some Illusion bows cannot be placed in the Showroom.

I appreciate everyone chiming in with theories. There's no bad info to share but don't go to conclusions too fast 🙂 Our teams are looking into these info but also other aspects, based on the technical aspects of releasing this update. Thanks also to everyone for their patience. We know that you're all eager to login to your characters and play, so we're working as fast as we can to fix this issue.

Ok here's another question: can all NA players having issues login in please send me their character name by private message (not here in the thread)?

For each character that you are having issue logging in with, please let us know which of these two situations you were in: a) You were able to log in right after the maintenance and couldn't log in again. b) Or you were unable to login at all after the maintenance.

We're looking into this and other aspects of today's release!

The team is aware that some players cannot login on their main but can on their alts, while others cannot login to both. If anyone has more information, feel free to share in the replies!

Starting on April 13, 4:00 a.m. PT / 13:00 CEST / 11:00 UTC, all servers will undergo maintenance for approximately 6 hours 35 minutes. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance start. List of changes: Insignia Chests now stack (up to 9999). Bulbari Candy now provides a bonus to Combat Experience. You should already have received some of those in previous compensation packages, but the rest is still to come. We've made progress with what we hope will be the final compensation, but we need a bit more time before it can get delivered.

We forgot to add in the Patch Notes that the Inner Strength dynamic quest also rewards 15 Fearless Tokens per day, so it means that it is possible to get the Gilded Triangular Obsidian/Garnet during the event. We're sorry about that error!
