  1. Apologies if my posting here didn't go into the details. I was told by the support person to purchase the rows as part of the testing. The second time I reported the issue, I was told the standard troubleshooting steps, again, (culminating in removing the game, all leftover files and folders, etc., and reinstalling) and was told to test purchasing again. when that didn't work, they said they needed video evidence of the actual issue, requiring me to, again, attempt to purchase the rows (this time recorded). This actually had to be done twice (I was contacted by a second developer asking for a second video for proof of issue). I spent the Pouches, because I was told to, and I was told it was required to prove the issue existed and to get it looked at. As for the "report it and let them handle it"...I did at the beginning and the support ticket was closed after being given the copy/paste troubleshooting steps. I didn't do the work "just because"...I did it as i was told I had to in order to move progress on getting the issue resolved.
  2. Just thought I would update anyone interested... So the devs did get back to me letting me know that they had fixed the Basic Storage 2 bug, and it should work fine now. I checked, and it seems their fix was to reset the Storage back to how it starts (no rows purchased). I bought the 15 Pouch row (again), and it does seem to work. However, I was now out a total of 120 Pouches (from testing and verifying the bug for them) and as compensation, they gave me...30....enough for one row. sigh....it is what it is, I suppose.
  3. Thank you for looking into this. I logged into the game, and was able to purchase the next row of storage (the one for 15 dragon Trade Pouches) and it did unlock. My issue now, is that I am still out all of the dragon trade pouches used previously, both in discovering and then verifying and documenting the issue for the support ticket. (totaling 105 Pouches) I had unlocked the 15 pouch row already, as well as the 3 rows after that at 30 Pouches apiece.
  4. First, thank you for including my issue in this thread. Second. I did receive a reply to my bug/issue post, basically restating that the issue was known about, and will be looked into, and I'll just need to wait and see if/when it gets resolved...so there's that, i guess? Meanwhile, of course, I still can't use a large chunk of my rapidly filling storage.
  5. Thank you for looking into this, hoping it can be resolved soon. My inventory is almost filled and not sure what I'll do a that point.
  6. Just wanted to update that it has now been over a week, and I am still having the same issue. Can't access any of the unlockable Basic 2 storage panels past the 5th row (they all appear as still locked, even though purchased) when unlocking, the animation/shimmering happens...then nothing. I am also out 105 Dragon Trade Pouches that we used to unlock rows (the initial time I tried, and the consecutive times in order to get the video proving the issue.) I still have heard of no resolution or update regarding the issue from the investigation that was said to be opened regarding this.
  7. As I noticed at least one other person mention, I have a bug where I can't expand my Basic 2 storage past the 40 slot row ( the next row available is the one requiring 15 Dragon Trade Pouches). When I go to purchase the next row it shows I need 15 pouches, although if I select it, the confirm window will show the actual number or pouches needed), and if purchased, the correct available row will shimmer like normal, but none of the rows become available. This has been going on for about a week. I opened a ticket 3-4 days ago, and after many messages back and forth, and recording videos of the issue, so far the only response is to just wait and see if it's fixed. Meanwhile, I am out the storage space (as we all know that can fill up quick) and out the Dragon Trade Pouches that had been used. I'm mainly creating this post as the support ticket said that since they might not contact me through the ticket to let me know a resolution, my only options were to watch for announcements on the main page or the forums...so hopefully, if/when it gets resolved a dev or someone can post here to let me know. Anyway, didn't mean to rant, just frustrated. 🙂
  8. Yeah, base works fine, maybe they should just remove the other options since it just seems like an uneeded complication. either that, or implement the time server check for the clock so it will auto adjust normally...
  9. That did it, thanks. 🙂 Still kinda seems like an awkward step, since instinct kinda says to select your time zone, but if it works it works. Hopefully that will be simplified for the UE4 launch. 🙂 Thanks again.

So I noticed that the ingame clock is off by an hour (one hour behind), and searched the forums and came across a post from 2016 of the issue being reported and an NCSoft rep stating it would be forwarded along to be looked at....well...the clock is still wrong. the clock shows the correct UTC, but is failing to adjust for daylight savings time, meaning we have to switch to a later time zone to compensate. Now, I hope this is fixed with the rollout to UE4, but just a bit worried as this was an issue 5 years ago, and even while acknowledged, was not corrected. Was just a bit frustrating as a new player to find myself missing events and not knowing that they had actually already ended by the time I was informed the were coming up by the system. https://ibb.co/T0c53DS https://ibb.co/HY5hFNL
