Not surprised at all. We've gotten no responses from staff here in weeks now, so this likely won't be addressed...it is a sign that this may be the last year in NA and possibly EU as well for BNS.

At this point it is obvious that no one will respond to our concerns and as such, the radio silence should be treated as an official End of Service announcement.

Reminder that support does not play the game in any capacity, and thus has no true idea how things are supposed to be. We also seem to lack a Community Manager to bring these issues to the attention of people that could do anything about it.

As this has not been addressed, I will take the silence to be equal to an End of Service announcement. It has been a good run.

Pretty concerning at this point, given that someone new just posted the maint info for the 8th...today.

I have my doubts it will be fixed at all, given NCSoft seems to be leaning into 'it's intentional/working fine' lately.

New boost, same old errors/bugs.

The new season works, however NCSoft owes players for the previous season which was broken for over 90% of the playerbase. Either give the rewards, or remove the rewards about 20-25 people got from the prior season as it is unfair, unreasonable and unacceptable that a few people get rewarded because they happened to wait while it was broken. I have extensive evidence that I am owed at minimum 120 Ajanara Emblems and 28 Grandmaster Emblems and many, many other players are owed the same.

I feel NCSoft is out of touch with its players again. We do not want or need the race.

The failure to rectify this will be taken as intentional at this point. The progression of countless players has been crippled.

My characters also cannot rank which is baffling and crippling my progression.

Just because people are carrying others though does not mean foul play.

Here's hoping this is fixed this time around.

It's shocking that not one but two major issues are impacting NA only, but not EU. The value of premium dips ever lower on NA only, it seems...

Given it takes a lot of unity rep to reach 240 in KR, I highly doubt 5 million will be even close to enough.

You should contact support and ask for a refund for the potions you cannot use. You should have looked closer at things before buying though.

I can also confirm that it seems even more broken. Instead of being in Preseason, it just doesn't want to allow me to rank now, even with times that would very much qualify. The baffling part is this only seems to affect NA and not EU...

KR recently got a increase to Unity 240, so we should eventually see it ourselves. Keep saving those charms for that day I guess.

While you can't cover every character every day, you can get a good chunk if you complete weekly challenge.

Yes please. At minimum the scales, given how obsolete they are at this point.

I was just about to make this topic myself and I have the same issue. This needs a fix ASAP for it cripples Mystic Badge and Amulet progression.

It's not going to be in the store tomorrow. They would announce that WELL in advance.

They got more money when players felt like they could progress...a happy player is more likely to drop cash then a unhappy one. Going from 30 back down to 16 (20 if a 5 week long event happens maximum vials/packs/ect is a backslide.
