As the topic says, Soul Boost Season 3 cannot be completed currently, due to the removal of Altar of the Infinite from Demonsbane. Due to this removal, a player cannot do the Stage 1, Stage 2 or Stage 3 objectives for Soul Boost. And this one has no excess points, making it impossible to clear. This needs to be addressed ASAP...why does NCSoft constantly remove content from Demonsbane but also make the Demonsbane versions of those dungeons Soul Boost objectives, knowing full well it WILL break it? This honestly is evidence that they do not play their own game in any capacity.

It was this way in KR as well. I guess the extra boxes could be handy for days one feels like being lazy and not do daily challenge, but it is still a slap in the face. Premium players should be given a key for every day that we should have had one.

It's not about winning with the BBB, actually. They have no direct authority to order any company to do anything. But they will post reviews and their rating of a company publically, and bad PR in this case is bad. It's about making other consumers aware of potential issues and shortcomings with a company, or if they have been subject to legal action in the past. They also act as a middle man when direct communication fails with a company, helping to strive towards a resolution to a problem.

Given the lack of response, it is clear NCSoft intends to do nothing about this. They have crippled gold gains intentionally and purposefully, and reduced the value of their paid services (premium) without warning or compensation. I think it's time to start flooding the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission with complaints about NCSoft's anticonsumer actions. Maybe the threat of being forced to close down will get action.

Accurate. Gold gains have been unfairly and unreasonably crippled without warning to the player base and this should not stand.

It is indeed supposed to be a premium benefit. This gold change was unwarranted, unasked for, and most of all immensely damaging to the game. This is a common tactic with companies wishing to pull out of a market: make their product undesirable to play.

Not to mention a lot of the subtitles don't match the voice lines either. For something that got delayed over two months, there sure is a lack of refinement.

The greed is real. Whoever is behind this decisions needs to be removed from power at once.

Given the utter radio silence, I doubt we'll be compensated in any fashion. NCSoft owes the players multiple weeks worth of login rewards.

These are perhaps the most poorly translated patchnotes in the HISTORY of Blade and Soul. It looks very obviously machine translated. Is this what the delay of over a month was worth?

It won't be considered at all and...that's also not how it works at all. Just because a game is on Steam does not magically fix the lag and performance issues.
