As of today, NCSoft owes all Premium players 14 keys. They have refused to respond or give out the owed items.

This is starting to look intentional to me too. A game that is doing well does not have these issues consistently happening and they have yet to be addressed. I doubt this upcoming maint will address them either.

We actually get about the same gold now, but I think they do get more upgrade materials. Greenstorm was likely fired along with most of the NCWest employees.

That still was NCSoft deciding to give us those things (or not give us in other cases). NCWest has never and will never do any development of features, content, or anything for the game, it is always NCSoft.

It's not NCWest. NCWest basically no longer exists since a majority of their employees were terminated. And even if they did, NCWest has also never had any say in regards to how the game operates outside of maybe the first year in NA/EU. It is all 100% NCSoft in KR dictating these insane, anti-player decisions.

At this point, it is clear that NC intended to purposefully and intentionally cripple gold gains. They absolutely dislike NA/EU and no doubt are catering to KR players that complained about us getting something on par with them.

These issues are not acceptable.

Removal of long standing features from the game without an explanation as to why is a huge insult to all NA/EU players. But there's been a lot of choices lately that have been huge insults and this is just among them all now.

Whoever is behind this change to maint times must be named, fired, and blacklisted from the industry without delay for intentionally and purposefully damaging the game, and thus the value of it. I bet the shareholders for NCSoft would love to know how the company is intentionally trying to tank its products.

A failure to fix this and provide compensation will be considered abandonment of the game.

You're incredibly wrong. It was the last AND this one. I know this to be a FACT.

All of those are given as part of Soul Boost. If you've been playing longer then 10 minutes at level 60 you've probably already unlocked the reward levels that contain them.

It's literally the daily quest objective.

It's quite obvious they don't want to support NA/EU anymore at this point.

With one of the recommended talent specs, Divine spec Musicians are pretty durable and don't trade off much damage to achieve it. I cannot say how the other spec plays however, but I have heard its damage is quite low. Also, there's really not much of a team over here anymore. All content, adjustments and development is and always has been carried out by KR. NCWest largely existed to manage the games in NA/EU but does no actual dev work in any way. They don't decide on balance, they don't decide when we get things, they don't decide when we lose things. It is all NCSoft in KR in all capacities. There is no 'working together' because there's significant evidence a majority of NCWest employees got terminated.

All patches are in line with what KR gets. The problem is we don't get the weekly balance patches they get: instead most of the time we get a class that is in a KR release state, often broken and overpowered. These nerfs are needed, unless you feel it is fair that a class should be significantly stronger then others with less effort?

Given this issue is happening NA only I am starting to feel it is intentional.

State the laws. I doubt EU has anything that would prohibit F2 pictures.

You'd think after the first round of backlash last week when they tried to remove F2 pictures would discourage them from doing it.

It is highly unlikely it is anyone 'new' given many of these problems have happened before in various forms before and it's likely the exact same staff that does these jobs in KR for the KR server. Otherwise there would have been no reason to move the maint time to an absolutely horrible one. KR has however proven that they 'forget' how our version is often (explaining Trove issues, Soul Boost, ect).

It's not new people at all. It's literally NCSoft in KR taking a direct role in the management of NA/EU as opposed to NCWest doing some of the work.

Not even surprised at this point. Most of what is keeping the game is automated systems with some clear flaws, and a handful of people that scramble every time to fix problems.
