Its not just bard. It exists across multiple classes. And if it really is whales carrying alts why would they stop at alter of infinite why arn't are all the demonsbane instances like this. I guess it is possible but I find that unlikely. Even if it is true kinda goes to my third point that the ranking system is kinda trash as well.

I cannot say what it but something is wrong with Alter of infinite. The ranking board is full of characters with Story gear only. One character was literally naked except upsurge harp. I understand there are some very large whales out there but these alts are clearing stage 19 and I only see it on Alter of infinite. If you were mega whale and going to get your trash tier alts ranked I would think you would do it for all Demonsbane not just one. I would hope stage 19/20 would be difficult enough to require a coordinated party. Lastly I think this also shows the ranking system is broken that you can get ranked while doing no damage to the boss. To get ranking some system should be put in place that required a minimum amount of participation. So whales cant just carry no gear alts and get higher ranking than people who are actually trying.

Considering alot of people are getting these boxes from soul boost today probably time to figure it out. I got hit on my warlock using boxes I received from soul boost

IDK why it would be player to player support. To me that is a subform for resolving technical issues or advice on problems from one player to another.. Im not so much looking for other players to fix my problem but more so make devs aware that it exists and get feed back from other players so my small sample size isn't used to simply dismiss the feed back. That being said it sounds like some others have seen some drops from HM. So the issue is really just that HM can have no drops at all. I see no reason that at least something shouldn't drop like maybe the starcross stone chest. I also agree that SSM and EL feel really bad to run. Only worth running to get the extra daily gold while cashing in your dynamics and you would likely be better off running RT for the extra chance at guild stones.

It seems Ebon Drake Lair, Starstone Mines and Ransacked Treasury have no loot on hard mode. My sample size isnt huge but Id say its ~12-14 runs on HM since update with no drop. Forest of Echos, Aerodrom and Substratum seem to be working fine. Wanted to put this out there for the community to confirm I'm not crazy as well.

Farming spectral shrine HM will get them .... eventually ... if you like pain

I am trying to be constructive not toxic. I work for a large IT firm where we often have maintenances. When we schedule these we have to meet the schedule or possibly face financial penalties with the customer. This always results in us basically doubling the time we require to complete the work to make sure if something goes wrong we have time to figure it out and resolve. If it is very critical for the customer to know exact timings (it is not for BNS) we will provide estimates but contractually we are bound to the window we provided and not the estimate. The customer is always happy when we are able to return to service faster than promised. If extended maintenance was the exception and not the norm this thread probably wouldn't exist. With B&S the Vast majority are extended. With this being the case I think it would be better for the BNS team to over advertise how long it will take to upgrade. People will be much less upset to learn they can play the game again earlier than promised than to be told that it will be extended. Either way its not that important. I do know for reference though that with the group I play with it has become a meme. For example yesterday we were joking about how long do you really think it would take because we already knew it would be extended. Personally I do not feel this reflects well on the B&S team though in reality it likely impacts them little.

its kinda funny because I have learned to just expect it but I do agree. Id much rather them under promise over deliver. Ok you think its possible your maintenance should only take 4? Do you foresee any possible issues you might have to fight? Cool tell us it will take 8 hours and if by some miracle your done early we will all celebrate getting our game back faster than promised. Versus telling us we will be done by X but oh no its taking longer so Y then welp looks like its Z. Then game goes live and is still broken.

I have to Echo Thank you Green Storm. More feed back in this thread than I have seen from all NCsoft since returning to the game ~6 months ago.

Ya lost gold, Lost Anima, Lost Silver steel ores, Missing Soul Boost Progress. I am happy to at least see it acknowledged as a known issue.

I was able to upgrade from Silver steel 6 to 7 Using the stones. I see no good reason this should not work for players who have gone mythic. Its just dumb and holding players back for no real reason. Im mad as hell and im not going to take it anymore
