anyway this game is not optimized.   they do here same with la2  added tons of new things  but optimization ?  no....

 ou  yea, it helped me   less freezes  but this circle....  after him I still have  2-10 sec freeze.

 

oh ncwest.... like usually, no reply and no comments about the situation.

they also don't comment there ...   they write you the same template for all your technical issues...   

 

me: I have a fresh installed windows

support: please close all services  except Microsoft  ( yee,,,,  also antivirus and your print driver mb anything else? )....  reinstall your game ...   

 

I think that the medium static people are able to think about reinstalling the game. update drivers, etc before writing to the support.

Well, I do get screen freezes every so often fighting the boss. However I don't DC as much (primarily because I'm doing watering mechanics at higher stages). Now I do have a few issues with it:

 

FPS just flat out dies even with CTRL+F enabled (which I always have enabled for massive boss fights), and I get ping spikes of over 1,500 ms at the very worst. At the very best I can DPS normally without worry of lag, but I see a consistent problem with the ping and this dungeon in particular. Furthermore, there's another issue. So we all know the Vital Plants are basically just Grassquatches with a different name and health pool, but if you root them and move away they will spam their jump and put you into an endless CC loop until you either get out of range or they break out. That has literally been the cause of my death a few times in MSP and it's just broken. So I would request for immediate action there.

 

But asides from endless jumping Grassquatches, how about those FPS? I usually can play with about 90 FPS and get around 150 ms. But like I said MSP is a flat out nightmare for both. So I would love for the developers to be doing something about it. Especially now that competition (although not very good competition) is coming along.

Oh and one more complaint: So far I have not seen a single Lunar Twilight Flower drop from any of the boxes...not once. Same thing goes with the legendary SSs (but I guess that is to be expected even though there are guys with 5 pieces of the set already). So I would like the ask if anyone else has had any terribly bad drop rates as well? Because so far I have gotten just the head ornaments from there and a few troll SS boxes along with the guaranteed loot.

how often did you run 1-4/6?
only then someone could try to compare the drop.

The FPS drop and ping increase shows it's very poorly optimized like most of the zones. I start the raid at 350ms and by the end of stage 1 I am at 500ms, by the end of 4 I am 750+ and 20fps. My dps is: stg1 30k+, stg2 12k, stg3 6-8k, and stg4 <5k with 732ap as an FM. I guess i'll do what most are doing: get my SS and never go back. It doesn't help that you can't turn off the spell graphics.

But you can turn off attack and spell animations tho >_>

that is pretty cool ping, sadly not everyone lives over street to servers

anytime, anytime, i can login into other 5 na mmos, i have half ping, compared to bns

maybe you have 30ping in them too

this makes people with 100 ping usually go 200

this makes people with 130 ping usually (still perfectly playable anything) go to 250+

i fink problem is on your side, oc your cpu to 4ghz. i have not better pc, i play with gtx 960 but last 2 weeks switchet to 970. but is no bust , but i play normaly, and in video i use optimize for combat, now i dont use, is no working,

um alot is user settings and driver vrs at leas i can speak for nvidia never used a amd though the array of broken nvidia drivers and mass issues i though about trying i have 2 rigs set up both 4790k oced 1 to 4.6 1 to 4.8 one rig with a basic 980 the other with 2 1080 tis atm only useing 1 sli having issues i get no less then 50 fps with max every thing i have to adv 2 settings to 3 instead of 5 and i get 0 fps lag no less then 50 even with the 4gb 980 i dont rly like to give my settings but i will to pl that are from my server and shit can pm me Mr Robot we can work some shit out if u have a nvidia card. i will say this though i am not respons for any damage  a few settings ill toss out there ambient off anti aliasing options all of max pre rendered frames 1 here is a big one if u have fan controll it also fixs a few of the down clocking bugs nvidia is experencing atm power manag mode perf max performance virt reaility frames 3. make shure to get a good driver vr i am shure u can google windows 7 980 stable driver 1080s got a lil issues atm lolol least to say i am on new driver though some reviews were bad i have had 0 issues other then making max power mode in my global settings not bns tab

I don't live near the servers. Now in Israel (Im working  here) this country connected directly to Germany so I have a ping in average 65-70 .

 

This game is 4 + years, my computer configuration too about this age. cannot be that the whole game is running with maximum settings  except one dungeon.

 

Was it just me, OK I would understand but half of the forum topics are about this error. 
 
especially when ncsoft recommended you this characteristics.

32g ram

650gtx

working machine, not much for gaming, tho it works pretty good for unoptimised mmos... cpu power high, graphics old but more than enough for this

runs smooth, i am european playing at na servers... i can try any game na servers 160ping - gw2 same location, tera, neverwinter

then i go bns 350 ping... with wtfast now 300, i had allways 200, but they changed something after ddos

tried vpns, purevpn expressvpn - no help, it goes 160 but spikes like hell, finally found pingzapper works 200 again - wl and fm is playable ok

 

thing is, to play this, i need to pay extra for routing software(actually i paid 3 to find they are half solution, finally found one - no money to nc soft any more, ever), still have higher ping than other games without - they changed cricket level3 to something even more cricket, thats all problem... just do traceroute now, compare to old

 

oh and why i dont play on eu servers, dunno whats their current state, but after launch it was hell, and na servers were still smoother, even tho opposite side of planet... not talking about population and economics, just server lag

 

i dont have any serious fps problems at turtle, especially with ctrl+f its smooth, but this pc is bit overkill, and i just laugh as other clanmates, playing on gaming machines, unable to play almost at all

 

oh and i am it anti talent, everything does my dear it specialist partner - even helping me with this post... i dont even know what the hell is cpu lol

They really have no clue. Doing anything in MSP I am 350-500ms and as soon as anyone touches the turtle it jumps 1k and by the time the turtle is 80% I am over 2k ms. The second the turtle is dead ping goes back below 500. Seriously horrid coding, which isn't a surprise. Since the zone will be a ghost town at the end of event just remove the RNG.

The problem is not the hardware because the game does not use even 40% power.  the game just freezes as soon as the turtle makes Mas  attack.

I followed  indicators and did not noticed  no deviations. not above 30% CPU no  load video card. just frop  FPS and freez.

Uncheck the "Use Reflex Guide" in Settings -> Game. Removing that will ensure you no freeze during 30m aoe. But like usual, nobody read my comment.
