decided to change the entire original post because apperantly the way i expressed myself made all of you miss the point.

i gotta speak my mind and i hope GMs are following the threads here. some angry feedback:

 

1. i started 13 days before the end of the daily dash, i have premium, i played every day and rolled so many 2's and 1's so eventhough there are lots more people who started on the same time as i did, i did not get that uniform. i was suggesting perhaps there was an underlying issue, maybe specifically for me, maybe im just unlucky as f**k.

2. the new daily dash has a way of making it feel worthless now. either you kinda expect to get the big shot prizes and get bummed because the roll skipped the rewards (at least the other DD did not skip the rewards) and it had a very good reward at the end of it, so the fact they took all that away and made it into just a sort of pointless gambling machine (thank god you at least win something every time and don't pay for it)

 

 

 

i HATE the new daily dash. its simply terrible.
(to NCSoft) you wanted to bring the game to the west, and make it fit to western players yet you are doing EVERYTHING easten-asian to it. now the new daily dash makes you wish you were dead if you unfortunately SKIPPED a reward you REALLY wanted. now there is no ACTUAL reward in the end, but just another useless soup dish. and barely 2 prizes worth getting.. nothing that really motivates you to keep going. not only that it really sucks to have a desired reward passed and just not getting it. why would you tease the players like that?? showing them really useful and rare stuff, flashing it in front of their eyes and saying "oooohhhh too bad you cannot have it. MAYBE NEXT MONTH!". what are you some kind of CASINO?! 

you REALLY pissed me off.
set the daily dash back the way it was. making people mad because the stupid daily dash skipped a reward they were hoping to get PISSES PEOPLE OFF FOR NOTHING!!! people want to enjoy the game and feel rewarded! they don't want to get the feeling they missed out on things! it really brings people down. i don't get why the hell you would do that..

thats what i was saying, i was AWAY on vacation. no computer access. trust me, i wanted to play. i have been waiting for this game for 3 years, i played some of the beta and got the biggest founders pack to support this game. and i was close too. not only that, but i feel like i could have won that uniform even though i joined late. i do also feel that a major contributing part to me not getting it done is the fact i kept rolling 2's. freaking 2's.........

I made previous dairy dash 11days before due date hit the end.

 

That was power of premium.

 

I also usually got 3 or 2 ,sometimes 1 and very few of 5.

 

Therefore, I had none issue to get goal for outfit eventhough started game few days late.

 

So to speak. Get your premium.

 

It's not even expensive doe. :p

theres more to the post than me not being fortunate enough to get the uniform.

1. the fact i kept rolling 2's was supposed to suggest that there is no roll balance.

2. i could not get to roll the last roll eventhough it would not have gotten me the uniform because of their maitenance. even though i got up and started the daily dash first thing in the morning (as pathetic as that sounds)

3. the main issue/purpose of this post is to criticize the new daily dash method

 

i only hope they will read this to see if there is something that can be done regarding these three issues. and maybe, hopefully also get the uniform, in one way or another.

I mean if it's a timed thing, that lasted ~a month, and you didn't finish it, that's not really on anyone else. Someone could come in and join the game a week before the dash ends and rage for the same reason. It works the way it does, it's not going to change, or reset, or anything because of one person, or a handful of people, who didn't manage. They're pretty definitely NOT going to just give you the uniform.

 

I have premium too and I rolled 6's pretty frequently, and 4's and 5's often enough that I started a week late and still finished a week early. It's just luck, it wasn't stacked against you. Plenty of people got the prize.

I hate this patch too, not coz of daily dash tho.

 

1st I noticed I couldn't get my old skills back as FM. Only about half of them. Then I noticed their " optimisation" made my game use a steady not changeable 98% CPU. Well bye bye B&S, I can't play no more.... Before I already had issues with CPU but at least had times at 70% in between... You may consider to upgrade your minimum system requirements too as they don't support game since this patch no more.

Anyways, the daily spins are RNG. You may hit 1~2 spaces multiple times or you may hit 4~6 spaces multiple times(which happened with me). It's random.

Also, the new daily dash is repeatable for 8 weeks. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to land on an item you actually want from it if you play it everyday from now until the day it ends.

And I doubt they'll read this in the fashion you posted it in. I barely read it since I mostly saw baby rage.

I started game a few days late. I never bought premium. I got the outfit with 5 days left.

 

I also only had queue times of 1hr on the first day, then none.

Its a company with millions of players they wont cater to one individuals needs. They announced the launch date months prior, should have been prepared. Personally I got my outfit with 14 days left to spare.

and believe it or not people, changes have been made in games due to high demands.

if this post would be influential enough and lots of people agree with me about the new daily dash being crap, maybe they will set it back!

Again, you must have not played enuff..every man has a mission to get what they want.

 

You get 2 Rolls every day for 3 and half weeks. (25 days)

100/4=25 :)

 

You can roll 2's for 25 days and still get 100.

 

If you was preminum as well...getting 100 would be ever quicker.

Can't say i'm particularly fond of the new daily dash but you seem to be missing the point in regards to the old one.

It was a launch event with an outfit made by fans in each region. while exclusivity means nothing now 6-12 months down the line it will mean something even if it is crap so giving out "exclusive items" on a monthly basis will remove that value from other items. It might feel bad missing out on something by a hair but it feels worse knowing you put dedication into getting something that is freely available later down the line.

 

I know how it can feel on both sides (both missing out on something exclusive and losing something exclusive to high demand) and the latter is probably worse.

In the old dash, you needed to advance an average of about 3 slots per day. If you were Premium, you basically couldn't ever fail to reach the end as long as you played the required 2 hours per day to get all the spins. Non-Premiums got it a bit more tight. However, do note that the average went up for each day you missed. Most people were okay, but there are fringe cases like the OP who got screwed up because of the Random number generator. 

And in case there's some idiot reading this: no, randomness is not fair. It's arbitrary. Those fringe players who didn't manage to get the reward did nothing wrong. They got screwed just because. Imagine if it had happened to you.

 

Not that it matters now. The current dash has been redesigned to be a meaningless bonus and that's about it. No reason to botter to log in specifically for it anymore. Specially since the last reward is 3 little inventory bags that won't increase your inventory space even once on their own. Though the fact that it now cycles around is a good change.

hot. where did u go? and BnS is rewarding players who have played, they don't really care if you were on vacay, the people who actually played and spun the wheel since it was 1st released got rewarded for it, and if they found out the players who didn't play as long got the same exact reward, then it wouldn't be "Special". I mean i kinda get what you're saying because I use to play this RPG game called fallensouls on android and I missed out on good stuff cos i couldnt access my phone for a few days but it wouldn't be fair.
