  6. Hi everyone, We’ve been working on a fix to the Great Windwalk Race bug that some players reported and are happy to report that we’ll publish a fix later today. It will require a client update but no server maintenance, so check for the announcement when this new client is released (here or on social media). We also heard the community feedback and started investigating reports of completion times that can’t be obtained by normally playing the game. Once we’ve finished the full investigation, we will take corrective actions, including banning accounts and adjusting the leaderboard. Thanks everyone for your feedback over the past few days, and we hope you’ll be enjoying the Wind Chasers release this weekend!
  7. Troubleshooting crashes is not something we can easily do on the forums. So please contact our Customer Support Team by submitting a ticket via the Support link at top of the website and give them as much information as possible (about your PC, software, etc.).
  8. Guild Wars 2 and Blade & Soul are developed by different teams. They're being published by the same company on the Western markets but we (at NC West) do not code the game, so there's no expectation that all NC games will share the same technical constraints.

  11. Client update notes (November 9, 2 p.m. PDT) List of Changes: Soulstone Plains is no longer a PvP zone. Known Issue: The client will crash at the completion of the Windwalk Race. Note that rewards are still received after reconnecting. The Koldrak boss is not always visible. Some items on the F5 Marketplace show "The auction has already ended." and cannot be purchased. Bug Fixes: The Hongmoon Store can be accessed from the Character Lobby. Musician character models no longer disappear when not wearing any outfit. Musician characters can now purchase Shadow Fury Amulets from Elusive Merchant Muhwa’s third tab. Musician class icons should now appear in the result list of the F2 Character Info search. The Beach Life Face Adornment now correctly requires Outfit Delivery Stamps when mailing the item to the same account.

  17. UPDATE: Our teams have been working hard, and we were able to fix a problem that prevented us from publishing the Wind Chasers release. Contrary to what we announced yesterday, we will release the Great Windwalk Race today, together with the other smaller updates. NA players will also find a compensation package in the Hongmoon Store for the extended maintenance that started yesterday. Note that we will release a new client later today, without any server maintenance.

  20. We've made the difficult decision to postpone the release of Wind Chasers, originally scheduled for November 9. We discovered a critical crash bug that could not be fixed in time for tomorrow's release. Our teams are working against the clock to fix that bug so that we can publish this release at a later date. On November 8 at 8:00 p.m. PST / 10:00 p.m. CST/11:00 p.m. EST, the Yura server (NA) will undergo maintenance for approximately 13h 30 hours. On November 9 at 4:00 a.m. PST / 11:00 UTC / 13:00 CET, the Jinsoyun server (EU) will undergo maintenance for approximately 5h 30 hours.   21. As we're unfolding the details of tomorrow's maintenance, we've been forced to extend the first part of the work. The Yura server (NA) will be taken down today (November 8 ) at 8:00 PM PT (10:00 PM CT/11:00 PM ET). For the Jinsoyun server (EU), the regular maintenance will still happen on November 9, at 4:00 AM PT (06:00 AM CT/07:00 ET/12:00 UTC/14:00 CEST).
  22. Our teams have been working on a plan to rectify the situation of the Yura server (NA) not using the correct server times. This is what we’re planning to do tomorrow: On Tuesday, November 8, at 10:00 PM PT (November 9 at 00:00 AM CT/01:00 AM ET), we will take the Yura server (NA) down to address the server time issue. The Jinsoyun server (EU) will not be affected until the regular weekly maintenance (see below). The Yura server (NA) will be down until the end of the regular weekly maintenance (see below). On Wednesday, November 9, at 4:00 AM PT (06:00 AM CT/07:00 ET/12:00 UTC/14:00 CEST), we will bring the Jinsoyun server (EU) down for our general weekly maintenance and deploy the Wind Chasers release. After that time, it is estimated that both servers will be back online after 5h30, but this time could change based on how the deployment and tests go. We will issue compensation packages for NA players in the Hongmoon Store, and I’ll share when these are available later this week.

  25. We're still working on this issue. The final plan to fix it won't be finalized until Monday at the earliest as more testing is required. I'll update this thread when I have more information.
