  7. Regarding #2, we were unable to reproduce this error. Could you please give more detailed instructions of what you were doing exactly and also what was shown to you?

  9. We're aware of the issue and have requested a fix. Note that on this forum thread (thank you @Blade Dancer Ahri!), someone mentioned a workaround: eat a consumable, such as a Dumpling, and while your character is sitting down, right-click on the soup.
  10. Feel free to message me with modifications and I'll include them! At some point this week, I'll go through the whole thread so I may end up doing the edits myself (if that's ok with you of course!).
  11. I do plan to review what's written here (big thanks to @Hungibungi for putting this together!) and if it looks good, not only pin it but also promote it on all our social media channels. I've started many weeks ago a first attempt to update our official New and Returning Player Guide, but lacked the time to complete it, so that content may also be used to do that (once I check with our Legal Team).

  13. We released a new version of the client that should give all players access to The Darkweald. The compensation package is also in the Hongmoon Store.
  14. To be precise, we'll put a package in the Hongmoon Store with x1 Battle Potion, x40 Darkweald Ores, and 1 [Darkweald] Hourglass.
  15. We’re pushing a fix to make the Darkweald available in a few hours. We’ll be compensating players who purchased the Battle Pass before the fix with Battle Pass experience equivalent to two days plus one [Darkweald] Hourglass. Apologies about the inconvenience!

  19. Hi, We were able to reproduce the problem with the Up and Vanished quest, so we've requested a fix. However, the Howl of the Hound quest worked fine for us. Can you share more details about what happened exactly? And if you have any screenshot, it would help too. Thanks.

We've replaced the order of items to move the more relevant ones to the forefront: Removed the Coin and Soul Shield tabs from the Dragon Express. Transferred these Coin and Soul Shield tabs to the “Special” section.
