During Wednesday's maintenance, a server configuration was incorrectly set for the Yura server (NA), causing the server time to be 6 hours ahead. This issue causes several activities to happen at the wrong times, including the following: Daily Challenges (reset at 11 PM PT) Daily Login Rewards (reset at 11 PM PT) Koldrak's Lair schedule (at 6 AM PT, 9 AM PT, 12 PM PT, 3 PM PT, 6 PM PT) Item rotation in the Hongmoon Store (at 4 AM PT) We'll be correcting this issue in an upcoming maintenance, and I'll share the exact details when I have them.

I've merge two thread since they're about the same issue, different symptoms: Koldrak's and daily schedules are off. We're working on a solution and I'll share more information when I have the details!

A quick note that the teams are aware and discussing how we're going to fix this. I'll share a longer message when I get the final information. I'm closing this thread and will consolidate the threads about this issue in the Bug Reports subforum into one thread, so that we don't have multiple threads on the same topics in different subforums.

We never "abandoned" this problem. My silence does not mean that our teams aren't working on it but this investigation takes time, in addition to the other work the teams are doing. I only communicate when I have information available and I don't have any at the moment.

I've now posted the missing Skill change information in the October Patch Notes very late. The workload on the massive release last month prevented us from getting those out earlier. We’re sorry that we could not identify the Force Master rework earlier, so that affected players knew about it in advance. We’ve discussed this topic with the development team, and this is what they shared with us: The Force Master class used old skill structures that needed updating. The rework aimed to change the class to reduce the various risks the developers identified and give players more control over how the class plays. Only a small number of players were able to access this class' full potential. Some of the issues were stances being switched too often or too fast and item effects that were out of control. We understand this is a significant change for people who’ve played Force Master characters a lot over the past few years. We believe the lack of performance was due to the rework, requiring players to find new rotations and adapt to the class changes. After the changes were implemented in Korea, the developer noticed that Force Master characters were more powerful, particularly for the Way of the Flame spec.

Bard Character Models disappear when the model is not wearing any outfit. Musician characters are unable to purchase Shadow Fury Amulets from Elusive Merchant Muhwa’s third tab. Musician class icons are missing from the F2 Character Info search result list. The purchase button does not appear for new items in Today's Specials. We've removed the Level 60 Voucher from the Hongmoon Store last week. We've messaged this on social media but forgot to remove the mention of it in the Hongmoon Store. Apologies about the confusion!

Could you try testing if this happens with another character? If it does, try contacting our Customer Support Team.

When you report a bug, please gives us a lot of information so that we can determine what the cause is. We need the name of the weapon, box or Soul Badge for example. We've reported that bug and we're waiting for a fix.

The loading screen for what zone? Does this happen on one character only or all of them? Did you try repairing your client? We need as many details as possible, otherwise it's hard to impossible to troubleshoot any issue that players report.

We're continuing to work on this bug and I'll share more information when I have it.

It's hard for us to investigate a behavior that happens "randomly" as opposed to, for example, a disconnect that happens only in raids. It could also be caused by even outside of our control (e.g., network). I suggest that you gather more data about these occurrences and either share it here or send the information to our Customer Support Team.

Could you please describe your particular issue with A LOT more details? What error message are you seeing? Where is your character when this happens and what are you doing? Does it happen to all your characters? I recommend repairing your client to see if it doesn't help.

Please next time check the Bug Reports subforum, where you can find this relevant discussion: This quest has been removed and you need to contact the Customer Support Team to ask them to remove it from your character. Please submit a ticket via https://support.bladeandsoul.com/ and give them the details about this situation and your character name.

I meant "tagging to attract the attention of an NCSOFT employee," rather than "tagging to indicate to someone you are replying to them." The mistake with the initial table in the Patch Notes has now been corrected. We apologize for the error.
