Hi all,
It has been more than two and a half years since I moved across the English Channel to work for NCSOFT. After really exciting and sometimes crazy times, I have now decided to take another leap of faith. I'm leaving the UK in the next few days and that means I will no longer be working for NCSOFT.
I hold the Blade & Soul community very dear and although I will no longer work on any community matters, I know that you are in good hands. Of course, our community team around @Hime, @Cyan, @Sunshine, @PhoenixMitra, @Amraith, @EmperorLeto, and @Hyunkel will continue to take good care of you and your concerns.

August 2019 bis 19:00 Uhr CEST am 14. August 2019 statt.
Wir (das Blade & Soul-Team) sind alle Beiträge durchgegangen und haben unsere 11 Favoriten gewählt. Die Top 5 dieser 11 Favoriten stehen nun zur Wahl. Das ist eine Änderung, die nicht jedem gefallen wird, ganz klar, wir hatten diese Änderung jedoch in den Regeln unmissverständlich angekündigt. Abgesehen wie man diese Änderung nun sehen will, Ich gebe euch recht, im Artikel ist das leider nicht ganz eindeutig.

First of all, congrats making the top 5 :)
All entries this year were amazing and great in their own rights. It is also fair to criticize and comment on the designs, but please refrain from negative and unfair critique.
Back to the point — In the end, we had to make a decision to either allow Bows as optional submission or disqualify all entries including Bows. Since the latter seemed overly harsh and since we already had a similar case last year with Greatsword skins being submitted before the Warden's release, we decided to allow Bows, but not making them a requirement. As always if you are uncertain if something would get you disqualified, you can reach out to the Community Team at any time. -

Thank you for coming back to us. We've escalated your feedback, but we cannot promise anything yet since our last stance still was that there won't be any changes to the current status. But I do agree that those badges should be obtainable retroactively if there is a benefit in using them over newer items.

I came to the conclusion that this is an online/database thing as my other account had no problem whatsoever, yet this account does. I saw people on Reddit that say that they opened their accounts on different computers and they still had this bug.
Also, from my experience, your friends see you online all the time even if you are offline. If you add new people they show up and stay on your list until you exit the game then it emptied again. if you try to re-add your friends, you can't bcs they are already your friends.
Just wanted to bring that to your attention, just in case.
It is indeed an issue with the database we are still investigating. We were able to put more pressure behind the investigation thanks to everyone's help here. As this is still in progress we currently can't provide an update quite yet, but from what I have seen, we are going into the right direction to find a solution, which, and that's totally fair to say, long overdue.

Ich fürchte, du vermischt hier mehrere Dinge, die nichts direkt miteinander zu tun haben.

Unser Support arbeitet mit Standardantworten, wenn möglich, alles andere erhöht die Antwortzeit pro Ticket, alles andere wäre ineffektiv. Egal ob englisch oder deutsch, der Support versteht dich.

Warum dein Account gesperrt wurde, können wir dir hier nicht beantworten, weil es wie gesagt eine Account-Angelegenheit ist. Wenn du dich aber nicht mit den Sicherheitsantworten verifizieren kannst, können wir nicht bestätigen, dass du der eindeutige Account-Besitzer bist, ergo wirst du darauf erst eine Antwort erhalten, wenn du dich ausweisen kannst. Wie aktiv der Account war, ist relativ egal, Datenschutz hat die höchste Priorität, bei jedem Account.

n.outlook.com]"Warum deine E-Mail-Adresse darüber hinaus auch geblockt wurde, kann ich nicht beantworten, jedoch passiert das nicht leichtfertig und meines Wissens nach sehr selten. Ich würde zwar gerne nachhaken, jedoch ist dies erstmal auf der Grundlage der vorhandenen Informationen nicht möglich, und da wir nicht nach deinen privaten Daten fragen werden und dürfen sind unsere Handlungsmöglichkeiten sehr limitiert.

The registration for the World Championship Qualification has already closed, no further registrants are accepted, since the season has started as of yesterday, so your argument is invalid. If you have constructive feedback on how to improve the game mode however, we are happy to include it in our next feedback report.
This event is simply for encouraging players to experience the updated game mode if they have not already, accompanying the aforementioned Qualification Season. Even if you are not participating, you will get something out of it. Winning is not even required, everyone is rewarded.
That being said we wish everyone who signed up a good and fair fight for the pole position!

Ich meine bei einer Waffe wurde mal eine Swastika entdeckt. Und von dieser einen Uniform, die wir in weiß und rot haben, habe ich mal in Korea eine schwarze Version mit Mantelüberwurf gesehen. Sieht zwar ziemlich cool aus aber da könnte ich mir vorstellen dass es ein Kostüm ist was bei uns weggelassen wurde.
Genau, während dieses Symbol im asiatischen Raum ein Sonnen- & Glückssymbol ist, kann es aus offensichtlichen Gründen im westlichen Raum nicht benutzt werden, so etwas müssen wir rein rechtlich schon anpassen. Zu Animationen, das passiert sehr, sehr selten und auch nur wenn wir es wirklich anpassen müssen, beispielsweise haben wir eine Kabedon-Animation entfernt. Wie auch beim vorhergegangenen Beispiel, ist eine derartige Animation im asiatischen Raum noch relativ harmlos, im Westen jedoch nicht.

Hi zusammen,
wie Cor bestätigte, wir planen Kostüme im Hongmoon-Shop nur wenige Monate und Wochen im Voraus vor. Wir wissen nur ungefähr was geplant ist und dieser Plan kann sich, durch verschiedene Gründe, kurzfristig jederzeit ändern.
Beispielsweise mussten wir in wenigen Ausnahmefällen die Veröffentlichung von manchen neuen Kostümen in den vergangenen Jahren um mehrere Wochen verschieben, da Elemente entfernt bzw. abgeändert werden mussten, da diese sonst nicht mit der Altersfreigabe konform gegangen wären. Darunter beispielsweise Uniformelemente und Farbkombinationen, die im Westen kontrovers gedeutet werden können, genauso verhält es sich mit zu anzüglichen Animationen.
Deswegen wäre eine Liste, egal ob diese 1 Jahr oder 1 Monat im Voraus, eventuell am Tag des Shop-Updates schon nicht mehr korrekt.

daily quests don't reward crisis coins, is this a bug or intended change?
You can accept those daily quests after you have completet the introduction quest next to the teleporter to the arena were you face Hae Mujin.

You are correct, this item is indeed missing from the selection chest, hence why I have forwarded this to the relevant teams. At the moment, I do not know if this was intentional or an unfortunate oversight. Unfortunately, it is very likely that we can not add Countdown Hat to the chest retroactively, as this would require a new build from the development team, but we promise to take a look.

Also, as far as outfits coming with accessories -- look at the bathing suits over the past few weeks -- most of them came with accessories and many with race/sex variations. The accessories are split off when the items are sold again as "repeats" to make more money.
We always monitor the forums and investigate your reports. We in no way tolerate trolls, spam, or harassing behavior, and we tend to respond promptly to violations of the Terms of Service. In your case, you were warned because you called another user names. This is a clear violation of the Terms of Service, which is why you had been suspended. The discussion of moderation actions is also prohibited on the forums and will result in a warning. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can, of course, appeal at any time, and we promise you that we will make a fair judgment all things considered. However, we do not punish someone expressing their opinion, regardless of how many users do not like it. I would also be very careful with statements accusing someone of being a harasser unless there is concrete evidence, but if you do have some, please report, we are always happy to investigate.

Btw, The first build is Micro ATX Mobo because this build was aimed to be as cheap as possible while still maintaining a decent build for modern games, If Micro Mobo bothers you or there are some functions not included with micro, then +£20 more and you can get an ATX Mobo, I thought I'll point this out since I forgot in my previous post.

Links in posts on the forum are deliberately disabled to avoid fraud, scam, and phishing. Only certain domains which are deemed secure, like Imgur or Twitter, are whitelisted. You can still post a full URL, but it will remain not-clickable and you won't be able to mask the URL.

Hallo zusammen,
mehr als zweieinhalb Jahre ist es nun her, dass ich den Sprung über den Ärmelkanal gewagt habe und nach Großbritannien gezogen bin, um für NCSOFT zu arbeiten. Nach einer wirklich aufregenden, schönen und auch manchmal turbulenten Zeit, habe ich mich nun entscheiden erneut ein Abenteuer zu wagen. Ich verlasse in den kommenden Tagen Großbritannien und das bedeutet auch, dass ich fortan nicht länger für NCSOFT tätig sein werde.
Mir ist die Blade & Soul Community sehr ans Herz gewachsen und wenngleich ich mich nicht länger um die Community kümmern werde, ich weiß, dass ihr in besten Händen aufgehoben seid. Unser Community Team rund um @Hime, @Cyan, @Sunshine, @PhoenixMitra, @Amraith, @EmperorLeto, @Hyunkel wird sich natürlich auch weiterhin um euch und eure Anliegen kümmern.
Es war mir eine Ehre!
