There's a producer in this game? LOL. What's his/her's job, spin a roulette with 2 spots, one that says "nerf drops" and the other one says "increase costs" for every patch? Then spin another one a week later that says "miscommunication", "ignore" or "working as intended"? If this "producer" person is actually real, I think they'd be embarrassed af to have the face to write a "producer's letter".

People who spend even a single CENT in this game in its current state are the same people who still buy from Nestle "just because they don't live in Canada". In other words they give zero ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤s about what the company is actually doing as long as they get their own instant gratification. The irony here is at least Nestle's products taste good, whereas in BNS all troves and RNG boxes are a complete scam and premium isn't worth ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤, yet they're still masochist enough to continue throwing money down the drain. Proper fishing is reserved for games that are competent at what they do. Competence is not something this game or the company can compete against.

Because people with normal IQ and work in a real company isn't trying to purposely screw around with its customers won't make mistakes like this? How hard is it to communicate simple numbers to another team? I work in software development so I know very well how all these communications work, and they're not frickin rocket science where you have a 99% chance to completely misinterpret "10" as "100". Do you honestly think constant "miscommunication" of this level is not done on purpose when it's happened in every single major patch this game's ever had? Where do you think the original google sheet came from, someone from NCW just whipped a RNG out of their ass and put in random numbers? Obviously not, either NCW already knew the true numbers to begin with and straight out lied, or NCS simply made up completely fake numbers and gave them to NCW. It doesn't matter which one it is, the end result is one of them lied and ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ed up. Do you think they have the face to call it weapon cost "reductions" if it's apparent from the get go that costs increased? No it's better to first straight out lie to get people back into the game, then fix the problem later to make it seem like they did something good. Lol "good intentions". Tell me a single thing that's "good intention" from doubling weapon upgrade costs? Yeah it's "good intentions" for their shareholders and the company's wallet alright. Either you're very new to the game and don't know any of the game's previous patching history or just very naive.

1. Claim there are "reductions in costs" coming to get people hyped and possibly getting people to come back to game 2. Intentionally increases costs instead then remain completely silent as an attempt to stir up some ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ in the economy and wait for it to settle down to a new high point. Release RNG scamboxes at same time to "help" with the cost increase 3. After a couple of weeks they'll say "oops our bad, let us tweak the numbers a LITTLE" 4. Reverts increase in cost by a tiny bit, so that in the end you still end up with a cost increase 5. Showered with praise by players for "fixing the problem" 6. Everyone forgets that a couple of weeks ago this was supposed to be a cost REDUCTION 7. Repeat as often as you want - profit Remember, whether it's PTS or TS it doesn't make a damn difference when they increase crafting cost by like 33%, and both depend on tradeable moonstones, something you can ONLY get in 6v6 aka whale epeen sizing contest. Tradeable ss/elysians aren't exactly that easy to farm either. Nice marketing tactic. You've had most people fooled in the last archer patch (remember, your end result as of Oct 18 2019 is any dungeon below DST is still not easier and drops are still massively nerfed, yet people seem to no longer care) and for sure you'll have people fooled this patch.

Pretty sure Tera already has a "lingerie" slot for all characters, female or male, so that is totally a possibility for another pay2win game that is 99% similar in operation model, aka BnS.

The rewards are a complete joke even if you bothered participating and just proves once again (for the 54634th time) NCW has absolutely ZERO idea what players need in this game. I'm sure whales care about 1 oil per week I'm sure non-whales care about 10 ss crystals per week Yeah that'll totally get people to start swiping.

PTS = 400g before patch. It's not a roadblock because everyone buys them from F5, only whales bother crafting these scam stones cause they've got nothing to lose anyways. TS now doubled in price and you need 20-30 of them in place of each PTS, not to mention almost everything that used TS to start with, now needs more TS. Do your basic math.

They have a human-negligible drop rate. Also we're 100% sure they just got nerfed even more considering they removed venture tokens from premium daily dash as an attempt to "reduce amount of hmcoins in the game" aka "cash shop items should be purchased with real $$$ only", so expect them to be effectively 0% now when you round to the nearest 0.00001%.

Who thought this was a good idea? What's the purpose of doing this other than bait people to buy more resets? Do I gain some unfair advantage by going inside and standing on the raised platform near the portal, as if the NPC there drops 5g every time you speak to him? In every other raid, it only locks you out if you engage some mini-boss (which itself is already stupid because what drops are you expecting to farm from trash mobs, healing pots?? It should only lock you out once you engage the final boss). In ToO there are no other enemies, I went in to do a trade, then relogged to another alt to run the place with same party, then my main got locked out as well, wtf? The party did not engage the boss, they were all standing at the entrance. Purest form of ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ design.

Tbh the people who actually spend money to get resets, i.e. supporting this scam, don't really deserve much sympathy to start with. Making tokens nearly impossible to get + introducing easy way to get them in cash shop, what does that spell out? Even a 1st grader would know. Do you have sympathy for people who invest money in pyramid schemes, then later lost their investments after police cracked them down? Don't think so.

I'd like to hear why anyone would still continue buying premium. Like really, just one good argument unless you're the type of person who throws 10% of your income down the sewer drain everyday after work. I'm pretty sure tons of people will still continue buying premium like nothing happened because there's no shortage of idiots in this game, just like there will always be the same amount of people who spend $500 on trove keys only to complain 3 weeks later why trove is a scam. I had zero reasons to buy premium even before this, what a joke.

You want to actually increase the amount of time people waste running around absolutely empty lands with nothing to stare at but the ground and sky, when the story is already a complete ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ing chore to suffer through since 90% of it is just running around being errand slave to lazy NPCs? Let's get real, this ain't Skyrim where every other square foot has something you can interact with or look at. The game world is about as lively and interactive as frickin Tetris cause they gave pretty much zero thought on anything outside of combat. If they simply give infinite stamina permanently and everywhere in game, and increase sprint speed by at least 50%, MAYBE. Otherwise, NO.

Every single time it's the exact same thing, people splurging on trove then regretting it later complaining trove is a complete scam. Yes we all know that since literally 2 years ago. Then what happens next trove? The same people will shortcircuit their memory and simply spend like $500 on trove keys AGAIN, then repeat the same complaints. This BS will keep happening if idiots don't stop cutting a hole in their wallet with this silly gambling addiction. You could literally get more enjoyment buying lottery tickets. I could bet my account even if they remove EVERY SINGLE good item from trove except costumes, and keep costumes as the only 3 star, idiots will still trove.
