There is a new item called Shimmering Scale/Shimmering Scale Fragment. The common rewards apply to both Easy and Hard difficulty. So clearing Hard Difficulty will drop a various amount of Shimmering Scale Fragments. The Hard Difficulty is missing a chance for a Shimmering Scale to drop so I'll add that. Howl of the Hound will require clearing Thornwind Cavern, House of Idols and Naryu Sanctum all on on Hard Difficulity. The rewards are listed in the news post.

We have not received information on when Elder Scales will be account bound.

Correct. The anticipated release for KR is in June. Ours is coming in Q3. We've just updated our UE4 site so it has information on what UE4 will detail. As for specs and other details, it'll be available as we get closer to our actual release.

Typically, the only option available after the event ends is the redemption so it's not likely it'll be available after the 12 but let me confirm.

Hello Yasu, We've temporarily removed the Starter Pack II from the Hongmoon Store to adjust the Anointed Outfit Selection Chest. We'll be removing the Silver Dragon outfit because as you mentioned, it was exclusive to the first year of Premium Membership. And for your information, the purchases of Pack II were small. I do appreciate this perspective but to Yasu's point, there are costumes that should remain exclusive like this and the Founder's Packs. Recolors however...

We have costume rotations every 2 weeks on the Hongmoon Store and they are for a limited time. What costumes in particular do you want to see again? It might be on our rotation schedule or we can potentially add to it.
