As mentioned on the previous thread, the red boxes are the high valued rare items. It's not locked behind opening all the other spots but getting a red box on your first go or many go-s is rare. There is no miscommunication. The design is for each item to have a random chance and verified by our QA team. Either way, this is important feedback about the new promotion so we'll definitely pass it up. Thank you!

Perhaps on RU it is not random but I've followed up with our team and our QA team has confirmed it is random. As mentioned, the chance to get it on your first go or your first many go-s, is extremely rare.

It is per character so yes if you have all the characters on your account do 15 Spectral Shrine Daily Quests during the event period, you will get all the rewards for the number of characters you completed it on.

The raffle has completed and the rewards have been sent to those who won. Go ahead and sell the Raffle Gems or you can wait until they get antiqued and sell them then.

We understand the event is very much liked. I like the event greatly myself. It'll likely make a return so just a matter of when. 🙂

The item you obtain depending on the board you are using is completely random. The red box items are simply the more rare and high valued ones. Get a red box item on your first go is extremely rare but it's not locked behind unlocking all the other items first.
