There will be an unscheduled maintenance today, Thursday, July 15 starting at 2:30 a.m. PDT (11:30 a.m. CEST) to address the issue with players getting the ‘System Err (300 : Server Authentication Failure)’ related to the Moonlight Soul item. The maintenance will last approximately 2 hours. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance starting. Due to the the additional downtime, a 0 Hongmoon Coin bundle will be available on the Hongmoon Store for one week. The bundle includes: x1 Orb of Ascension x2 Superior Reputation Charm x20 Honing Oil
  15. Outside of the current issue, the item was removed because the event is over. The item is also no longer upgradeable or salvageable.

We're still finalizing the schedule along with all the other moving parts to needed to address this. We understand many of you have not been able to play today and we apologize for that. Hello all, Today after our game update, many of you have reported the error ‘Disconnected from server. ‘System Err (300 : Server Authentication Failure)’ preventing you from logging into the game with some of your characters. We believe the error is caused by an issue with Moonlight Souls – Stage 2 through 5 event item and are working on a fix to address these items as soon as possible. Our next step is to resolve this issue during an unscheduled maintenance—which is currently scheduled for tomorrow. We understand during this time you will not be able to log into your affected
