2020 war kein angenehmes Jahr, aber doch neigt es sich dem Ende zu. Seit März arbeitet unser Team nun schon von Zuhause aus, und nach unserer alljährlichen Tradition werden wir uns für den Rest des Jahres verabschieden, um uns zu erholen und Zeit mit unseren Lieben zu verbringen. Auf diese Weise sind wir dann wieder fit fürs neue Jahr! Wir wünschen euch Spielern da draußen die schönsten Feiertage mit eurer Familie, die ihr nur haben könnt! Es werden wieder einige von uns auf Abruf verweilen - der Kundenservice wird beispielsweise weiterhin aktiv bleiben und Anfragen bearbeiten; die wöchentliche Wartung wird ebenfalls wie gewohnt am Mittwoch, dem 30. You get a Grand Celestial weapon based on your class but I see that it's not upgradeable. I've opened 3 chests so far to test and the gem slots I've gotten are 4 leading me to believe a static of 4. The weapon seems to be GC 5 without it saying Stage 5 on it.

The Treasure Trove didn't get updated again. It's the same Treasure Trove we released with the game update on Wednesday. We added messaging in game to let folks know the Treasure Trove is running and to use their daily free key. Lunar Twilight Flowers and a few other small issues will be resolved today with an unscheduled maintenance later today.

Yes, you get all the rewards of the the tier you reached and the ones below. Patch notes have been updated to reflect that.

Seeing you won't be able to know if the Gift on the Marketplace was a re-Gift, I do not advise buying it from the Marketplace to Gift. We're only counting qualified Gifts sent. Re-Gifting does not count towards a total. What to the gift after it's been given away is up to the receiver whoever that is. I will check for yew.

I was working off of the screenshot provided and assumed the issue was related to the Excellent Hongmoon XP Charm so thank you for the additional context.

@SmokeSauce, I think your files are corrupted or something is interfering with the game files. I Just checked my XP Charms in game and there are no changes so them.

The Currency Exchange is supposed to adjust its rates based on the average transaction price of the last 7 days and you are able to list your gold at +/- 50%.

Hi Shironeko, You will not be able to use the item as it is expired. Please hold on to it for now as we work on getting the issue fixed. It is not intentional the Treasure Trove offers the expired version. Thank you!

Sometimes the game processes hangs, can you reboot your computer and then try to start Blade & Soul from the NC Launcher?

You are correct. Yes, you can do either.

It is not intentional to have the expired version of the Flowers in the Treasure Trove. Please hang on to them for now while we get a fix for this. Our apologies.

It's not a mistake on the HM Store. It's a mistake I made when reading the information too quickly and sharing it. My apologies.

It's based on the number of boxes you send following the provided guidelines. Sorry, there is no HMC option for the 1 NCoin Frozen Holiday Boxes in the HM Store. I should have caught that when I typed it out.
