  1. Hi! The maintenance notice came in a little later, as I work during European hours. I'm still catching up, and at this moment I have no notes on possible fixes. Update: Confirming that no changes were done. This was a regular server maintenance.
  2. Starting today, March 23, 4 a.m. PST / 12 p.m. CET, all servers will undergo maintenance and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours 15 minutes.   6. While the UE4 client has been released since September, we are continuously working on implementing additional UE4 features. That includes the new anti-cheat system that we are currently working on for Blade & Soul. The upcoming system is a big project and has a high priority to us. It will allow us to detect accounts that have made malicious client edits for advantageous gameplay, and when we catch those accounts, we will be able to swiftly remove them from the game. At this moment we do not have a release date, so we ask you to please continue reporting in-game exploiters you come across to our Customer Support team with video or screenshot evidence you may have.

  8. Hi everyone, there are many steps involved to prepare the art for the client, and then additional steps to implement the art. Our team's focus has been on the UE4 client, and fixing major issues, so we had to delay this task. I also wanted to let you know that we just received confirmation that the artwork from the 2021 Loading Screen Art Contest winners will be implemented with the December update! Thank you so much for your patience. ❤️ @Sizuu the art should be in the game for a similar time as past contests. Update: I checked with the team and we definitely want to consider the delay that happened, and do our best to keep those artworks in the client for as long as possible. Please note that sudden changes can happen so we can not guarantee this.

  10. Hi there, thank you for your report and your patience. The team has investigated and identified the cause of the issue and a fix for this should go live on Wednesday with the maintenance. The QA team has also developed some checks they can run to catch these kind of errors sooner.
  11. Hi, yes we picked and contacted a potential winner last week, and are still waiting for confirmation on some details. To give you additional context: For any sweepstakes it is possible that new winners may be picked if they can't confirm their eligibility. This is often the reason why we either can't announce potential winners, or why there may be delays with announcing winners, because not every potential winner picked is eligible as per sweepstakes rules.
  12. Hi @LordSwift, I'm currently handling this, and yes, due to the UE4 update we had to push the implementation of the artwork to accomodate all workload. We also received additional requests from some of our winners, so we wanted to make sure to comply with those. And don't worry! We are definitely on it, and we already requested for all of the winning artworks of our 2021 Loading Screen Art Contest to be implemented into the game. 😊
  13. Hi, this sounds like you may be running an outdated version of the NC Launcher which is probably trying to launch the UE3 client. It can sometimes happen that your pc will prevent the launcher from updating. Please uninstall the NC Launcher and then reinstall it. You can download the NC Launcher here: https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en-us/download You may afterwards have to install the new UE4 client if you haven't done so yet. Make sure to also uninstall the old game client to free up your storage space. Hope this helps.

  15. Thank you for letting us know. As per original report we received the information that only the numbers row was not working on AZERTY keyboards to be set as hotkeys. Can you please clarify: Which numbers or letters are still not working for you? I'll then forward this information to the team for further investigation.
  16. We apologize that the issue caused you and other players an inconvenience. As announced, the issue has been addressed in our last patch which was released just yesterday, so you should be able to use your French hotkeys again. If you are however still experiencing issues, please let us know.

As a reminder; the requirements for the Dark Omen Bundle were to have logged into the game since August 12 and to be signed up for newsletters for both: Blade & Soul and NCSOFT.

Please try to quit the launcher (make sure the process is properly ended in the Task Manager) and then restart your launcher, if it doesn't work with the first try, try a second time, and then launch the game.   21. This error can sometimes happen if the launcher has been open for a while, which causes it to go into a "stale" state. Please try to quit, wait a moment and then restart your launcher, if it doesn't work with the first try, try a second time, and then launch the game.   25. Hallo Grashüpfer, Mit der Veröffentlichung von UE4 möchten wir euch wissen lassen, dass es derzeit einige aktive Bugs im Spiel gibt, die unser QA-Team entdeckt hat. Daher haben wir eine Liste der derzeit bekannten Probleme für euch erstellt, bis wir diese beheben können: Die Seite zum Aufladen von NCOINs im Spiel leitet euch nach der Auswahl des Betrags möglicherweise zum Login weiter. Umgehung: Loggt euch einfach auf der Seite ein, die sich öffnet, wenn ihr auf den Button klickt. Möglicherweise erhaltet ihr eine E-Mail zur Kontobestätigung. Die Schaltfläche mit der ihr euer Charakterporträt bestätigen könnt fehlt auf dem Bildschirm „Fotogalerie“ in der Charakterinfo. Garderobe <F3> und Vorschaufenster zeigen keine Kostüm-VFX an. Charakterporträts verwenden das Standardbild für eure Klasse anstelle von hochgeladenen Porträts. Charakterporträt-Miniaturansichten werden vertikal komprimiert. Das Symbol für die exklusive Premiummitgliedschaft fehlt auf der Registerkarte "Premiummitgliedschaft". Kampfstatistiken aus dem Trainingsgelände der Hongmoon <F12> werden als #INVALID# angezeigt. Es fehlen Buff-Symbole für den Gürtel der Sicherheit und die Handschuhe des Morgenglühens. Wenn ihr während der Vorschau eines Gegenstands versucht, einen anderen Gegenstand außerhalb des Inventars anzuschauen, wird das Vorschaufenster nicht korrekt aktualisiert. Einige lokalisierte Voice-Over-Audios (VO) könnten fehlen oder könnten während einer Quest vorzeitig abbrechen. Einige neue Illusionssteine zeigen möglicherweise keine Statistiken an. Bagua haben falsche Gegenstandsbeschreibungen für die Klassen Berserker und Schütze. Neue Charaktere werden sofort aus dem Hongmoon-Trainingsgelände transportiert, wenn sie eine Stufe-60-Erhöhung verwenden. Bei der Quest „Ein stinkender Alptraum“ lautet das Ziel, dunkle Risse im Wald der Morgensonne zu versiegeln. Der Ort dieser dunklen Risse befindet sich jedoch im Verlies „Wald der Echos“. Beachtet auch diese beabsichtigten Änderungen: Fertigkeiten können nicht mehr im Bildschirm „Charakterinfo“ angezeigt werden. Die Aufwertungspfade (Strg-I) wurden vorerst entfernt. Aufgrund des Engine-Upgrades funktionieren einige Videoaufnahmeprogramme möglicherweise nicht mehr mit dem Spiel.
