this sounds like Windows triggered FTH for the BnS client, this happens if you had multiple crashes before. Search the Forum for FTH workarounds.

No matter how much the load of BnS is, it is your PC. A solid cooling setup can cool down any BnS load without a hairdryer sound.

imho you better get used to the moderation in this forum or you will step into trouble.

maybe - as a temporary fix - they should just replace the HMcoin reward with some cool Honing Oil Bundles and the issue would be solved for now 😄

1. Just asking to be sure, you have also flushed/deleted the old FTH List by using a console command under admin rights? 2. Windows 10 Settings->System->Display, there is a scale option, you keep it at 100%? if not, well at least I was running in some odd lag/performance issues in the past, so I suggest 100%.

for me the only application with odd issues causing bursts of crashes (start issue) is BnS and having it on for BnS sucks. So np for me to disable that at all.

tbh it is easier just to set the flag to disable it and I haven't ever seen any issues from having FTH disabled so far

thx I know what VRAM is, but he is talking about RAM too. And btw. he wasn't actually talking about VRAM, as this was a special kind of dual ported RAM, which was common around late 90s. The local graphic card memory is now common single ported RAM (DDR or GDDR)

it is an oldie, but atm more needed then ever. There is a good chance for 3 start crashes atm = FTH will trigger = bad performance. You try Win11 = you got regular system updates = your FTH settings will be rested quite often. For me it took 1-2 days after update until FTH hit in and on the stuttering run for Koldrak BnS decided I would run some suspicious software and terminated the client, lol

sounds like major system or even a hardware issue. no game should be able to crash the whole PC, not even BnS.

if running BnS allone my RAM usage is like 14GB, while I have 32GB.

I made it back in, wohoo half an hour late! Btw. if you crashed as often as me, better check for FTH it can be triggered from "Events" like this

and after that loooong CTD from char lobby I was able to start game again, until it told me I been loged in from another location.....I would be happy if it would run from one location tbh!

I had a message like "Failed to join Epic Challange" before finally the Koldrak Menu-Window was showing up to join this. On a relog to another char I had "Connecting" msg in Char Lobby for 10min, then a CTD.... not impressive imho.

schaut auf jeden fall mal, dass ihr das Event mitnehmt, 2 Dailies, Koldrak und MSP 1-3 geht eigentlich immer.

I had one in BC, it was early, wo coffee. I got killed by boss 1 mechs, everyone left after, so I had to solo it after.

as we talk about clan/guild design, anyone of you ever seen the clan design dye item droping from Cold Storage? Maybe even within the last 3 years?

i said for gaming BnS, not for doing tons of other tasks the same time. And btw. I prefer fishing on 2nd PC.

16Gb ram should be totally fine for gaming BnS
