Login servers seem to be down

It is a recurring problem for everyone. Suggest you play something else UNTILL they're done scratching their asses, trying to figure out why its happening.

Absolutely, but information isn't always readily available. The effect is visible but finding the cause is more difficult.

dont bother reinstalling launcher or game.its on their side.restart pc launcher runs again but meh..try log game get dc again..restart again and again..never ends

yep, just restart. i haven't been able to get it to work just by killing processes.

I  had the launcher stuck with E01008. If you've got the same try this:

1. go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

2. Copy the host file to your desktop and open it with notepad

3. paste this on a new line  64.25.35.23 updater.nclauncher.ncsoft.com

4. copy/paste replacing the host file with the edited one.

I hope it works for you aswell.

 i had it  now when server down  + this solve it for me .. i hope for you aswell

It's not a DDoS. That's always the excuse companies use to cover up their mess.

 

It seemed to be an issue with the nclauncher URL, and service. It's resolved now.

Its happening to a lot of people, restarting may not fix it but they are currentlyy working on it

I understand that the game was more successful than thought and servers are at full, but 4 times during the day.

Launcher works if u restart pc but thats tedious.  u log or try log game get dc..same happens again.
