Hello Green storm, First let me say you're doing a great job around here. Second to bring attention to a set we can no longer get because the Wonder Merchant was removed from dungeons last year. The Officer Friendly Achievement was a pretty fun one to get and the hairstyle and outfit fun to wear. I was wondering if you could talk to the team and get it added to the achievement merchant Kiyeon or another merchant maybe in mushins tower for people to get. I as well as many players would gladly pay fabric fee to get the set. The items in the set say acquired from Wonder Merchant which does not exist anymore. Please if there's something you can do I'd really appreciate it. Thank you for your time and your hard work Green Storm.

I am unsure if people checked but I found out that there are differences in the bundles per region. Below is NA's version of bundle number 5 with a whole shimmering scale. And here we have EU's version with a pet pack. And here is what the article lists the loot should be in the bundle. May I ask why EU got a pet pack and NA didn't. This is really uncool and they need to compensate NA that pet pack. One region shouldn't get loot another region is not getting. NA and EU are supposed to get the same f10 offerings and the same conpensations unless EU or NA has extended maintenance that the other region did not incur. But seeing as this is not the case, I feel we deserve that pet pack on NA so please give us our pet pack.

welcome to the community where people see people getting a ton of xp from something that's a legit farm like ad/sub and they cry on the forums "oh ban the cheaters".... abusing a current dungeon to farm xp sadly is not cheating it's called being smart. and the kicker is anyone can do it if they are geared enough.

people see our favorite bm streamer and accuse him of that..... welcome to lower geared people trying to ruin things for higher geared people who got nothing better to do with their time.

cause the people who farm manually are not the bad guy..... do try and remember that....

when we get those in events you leave them in your inventory and after the event it becomes active cause ncsoft activates it for all users who got one

so here's how it works in detail: aero/sub then you gotta do the rest of the f8 dungeons that count towards daily challenge + cs or hm [day dependent] + koldrak + whatever is the daily solo content. so if you can't clear hong/eva/mao you're kinda screwed. best bet do the days that hong is on the roster as it's the easiest.

Honestly leave this one alone I have a friend who farms it legit. Stop attacking people who farm their content with soup legit. Just cause people are farming legit and getting creative doesn't mean we need to attack everything they do. Anyone complaining is just mad they didn't think of it first or upset they aren't strong enough/geared enough to do it. What else are end game players gonna do they are already max gear or near max. Let them farm their xp it ain't harming anyone.... cry some more cause dudes got hm 40 farming xp in aero and you're still stuck at like hm 22.... you can farm it too if you stop being lazy

This was indeed intentional. They do this all the time. They rereleased Day Trip outfit in an rng box when it was called something else and was previously an event only outfit then renamed the event version to day trip. Ncsoft does this stuff all the time and I actually feel bad for players who swiped Fortune's Favour to get that weapon skin, just to have it tossed in that merchant for free for coins. The same thing is happening with the current event and Winter Wonderland outfit. Previously in a trove and now it's free this event for 3 yarns, which pissed off players who swiped that trove to get it. They unfortunately won't stop doing stuff like this. So assume any Trove or Fortune Favour you swipe for to get cosmetics/weapon skins, that eventually they could show up free in an event or free at a merchant for demonsbane coins.

@Hime May I ask who is in charge of F10 store cosmetics rotation? This is the second year that not all christmas outfits were available to purchase. I have been waiting for North Star outfit in particular to make a return and for the second year in a row it has not. I am really sad because there's so many different nice christmas outfits that didn't make a return for 2 years now. It was the same with the swimsuits and some swimsuits not making a return this summer, much to many players disappointment. Can you please bring this up with the team in charge of F10 sales and let them know that me and I'm sure other cosmetic minded players are upset at the rotation of outfits and would like to have all the holiday options available next christmas/December. Please consider this as the more cosmetic options you put out the more likely players are to spend on F10, if the outfit they had been hoping for is put up.

You can also try Ebondrake Lair as well. If you're missing the outfit and adornments and the charm pellet then you can kill a few birds with 1 stone. Cause it also drops engines. Good luck

I agree can that be added back to martial token loot table. It's pretty easy to get martial tokens if a new player is doing koldrak/floor 7/moon refuge daily and you get like x2 per quest. Even at Grand Celestial 3 new players would struggle to get solar energy to get a badge while at the same needing solar energy for the forgestones to upgrade weapon. Please @Himecan you talk to the team about adding the fused badge box back to martial token loot table for new players.

As the title says @Hime this was mentioned and i click and there's no giveaway on the site. Can you please look into this cause I'm sure I'm not the only one confused. Would really appreciate anything you can do. Thanks.

they probably wouldn't cause those are trove exclusives or rng box exclusives. maybe as a 2 week rotation but not permanent all year round.

Well actually if you can cleanly kill Yunsang [not the hardmode just the normal version] with the daily quest you can get the prayer beads and turn them in at kangcha for a box that spits out imperial cores. It's currently the only place that spits out those cores but it's like 5 cores a box I believe. So new players can indeed get imperial cores it's just not as many as when they dropped in dungeons.

@Himeplease we need a fix for dragon immediately.... i have crashed from 2 different dragon timings on eu today and other days cause skill delays and huge server lag and i can't even get koldrak done. others are suffering same issue too. please look into this and contact the team and get a fix soon. players need koldrak to do this event C2A.

Hello @Hime, I and many players have imperial cores laying around with currently no use as of UE4. My suggestion is put on junsorei an exchange of cores for onyx scales or scale frags to help new players who are struggling to get them for upgrades. Please if you can talk to the team and see if there's something that can be done, it would really be appreciated. I'm just trying to look out for the community and think of ways to help the playerbase get older scale tiers that are still needed for some upgrades.

yeah many abused.... it was not made public by the devs and ncsoft forum people for a reason they didn't want people abusing it. and they didn't stop it just so low geared players couldn't get an advantage they stopped it so all players whale or new couldn't get an advantage. it stopped whale players too man. if you were honestly struggling that hard you need to hook into a clan then or make some friends to run with... and no i actually ran the event on several alts to get shipmate and i had no struggle getting people even on my lowest geared alts which are grand celestial 6. no one should have struggled to get DST down dungeons everyday you can even run dungeons that are not on the roster for that day to get extra moons. Something i myself did so i could get extra moons to speed up the event. i worked my butt off this event and i'm still not done i'm racing one last swimsuit before the event ends and i'm hoping i make it. Also like others said including grimoir.... too many and you sound like it too expect to be carried and don't wanna learn mechs and this is why the community finds ways to abuse events to get all they need so they don't have to carry low geared. cause they wanna stay low geared expect carries and don't put in effort. this isn't that kinda game and people expect you to put in effort to your gear and try and learn the dungeons.

I'm running this with a friend on all my alts some who are not so geared and all you need is Warped citadel/DST down dungeons to get enougn moons to upgrade 4 souls to get the swimsuit if you are going cosmetics. this event is not even hard and you can still get plenty of currency. you can also run dungeons even if they do not count towards daily challenge that day and still get the moons. if you aren't running a full purple train warped citadel down everyday you are missing a lot of moons. this event is actually really good.

not attacking you just fed up with people who complain on forums about stuff that could easily be solved by simply reading the patch notes.... people refuse to read the patch notes then they whine on forums and say ncsoft didn't warn us.... they do in the patch notes. if you're not gonna read the patch notes then they can't help you and it's on you that you lost out.
