@Hime What bout the HW event dragon express tab? Will it still be available after maintenance?

 

Edit1: The "box of spells" has tokens in it, so if you you guys are giving one out it only makes sense the dragon express tab will still be available after maintenance (?).

@alley it would make sense, wouldn't it ? Sadly, according to the patch notes :
 

• The following items have been removed from the Dragon Express:
  • Sacred Vial, Pet Pack, Sparkling Ascension Stone Chest, and Sparkling Radiance Stone Chest.

 

@Hime I appreciate you at least taking the time to answer. Sadly, that small adjustment to the compensation, coupled with the fact that (according to the patch notes) the tokens in that Box of Spells won't be transmutable into a letter after maintenance, or exchangeable for a Sparkling chest as they could have been between the daily reset at 7CET and the usual start of the maintenance, means that this compensation is still very, very far from adequate.

You know exactly that you gave us extra hauls for logging in, and it made us able to get 2nd H letter which you won't allow, confirmed by the shifted maintenance that began at 6 AM.

 

THOUSANDS of characters won't get 2nd awakened stone, but additionally they won't get weekly vial, pet packs, and 7 purple unity chests.

ADDITIONALLY we won't be able to: get hauls from weekly challenge, tuffy from daily challenge, box of spells from event dungeon... use daily dash 2-3 times, get login rewards, use reputation charm on specific time, clear ToO/ET/IA with extra rewards...

And THAT'S THE ISSUE HERE!

 

YOU (still somehow) have your loyal player base for years, and you keep doing such bs to people that are willing to play your game...

And you dare to "throw" some junk at us as a "compensation"... do you even realize how bizarre it is?

so @Hime we want a fair compensation. Which at least includes 1x oil, 2x pet pods, 7 total purple chest of unity stones!

 

thats minimum the fair compensation. And minimum bc we will then lose our second letter H still. Which ur ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ rng box never gets, because the chances u gave in these boxes for letters are super low. 
 

anyway @Hime you still have to do better! And you know that. We all also do know that is bs excuses ncsoft came out with. We aren’t stupid. So you better get us a fair compensation for once man!!!

Just tried to login to trade event tokens before the maintenance and the server is down already.
Looking on the page and forum and found the message.

 

This is realy a joke.
Playing the event the last week as well to get tokens.
And 1-2 days before the end of it you telling us the new maintenance time and vials,
pet packs, stone chests will be removed asap. So, for what did i play the event in the last week?
It was all useless. Why didn't you say it last week?

 

First event week the cooldown error, last event week all for nothing.
On top of this the next joke: The crap you call compensation.

Sure. This is why maintenance for the first time needs to be starting sooner.
Not because so that we have another chance to get vials, stones.

 

Playing the game, collect event tokens, and then you won't allow us to spend them.
