Treasure trove bugged

Seriously im tempted to call a lawyer im not used to whine for nothing but the scam about treasure trove is real.... i know it's rng and we are not suposed to win a 3 stars every key but there defintvly something wrong in this treasure trove compared to others....all the stream/videos i watched i have never seen a 3 stars, there almost the same "2stars" rewards = some useless mats with the same boring dress, i remember one or 2 years laters there were a bug and you refunded keys, so check your game see everything...i mean just look at people videos on youtube/stream/ open some trove, that can't be real...people invest 60+$ they got 10$ worth of useless things

I gave the trove a very very lukewarm, wary try, since the state of Jinsoyun server doesn't encourage me to be eager, and I thought it was the stingiest one I've seen since launch. Rng is rng, of course, but it's not so hard to get a general picture of rates either. I cut my try even shorter than intended. Sorry to be negative, I don't think it is a good trove (if such thing exists, but that's beside the point).

About $200 in keys not a single 3 Star.. yeah that’s not just bad luck.. it’s ridiculous. They need to look into this.

So...because you fell for a milking gamble you blame the company? 3 star jackpots always have been rare even in previous troves, people got maybe 1-2 in 200-300 keys. There is nothing different here. Everyone knows trove is a milking mechanic and smart people dont fall for that easy, they buy maybe a 50 key pack just for the tries and thats it. if you want to waste your paycheck on it then its on you.

I  don't care about 3 stars,  i first watched video like i always do of people opening troves and i noticed something was wrong so i bought less keys than planed (100 keys) and didnt expect much but the thing is compared to other troves,this time 2 stars are now rare and provide almost the same useless rewards...

This company making a lot of mistake and they'll just abuse of their playerblase till someone notice...
And The word we use for people staying quiet or letting robber/scammer proceed in front them as long as they are not involved is definetvly not "smart"

but...they arent robbers or scammers.....its purely your own decision if you want to spend money or not. You are in no way forced to do so.

Also i guess 3 star jackpots arent that rare....my bf just got 2 3-star jackpots in 50 keys LOL

Do you know the definition of a "scam"? google it pls...in our situation the scam is to adverstise items in trove you barely can get by putting low drop rate on it... You defenitvly not a lawer with such simple minded argument but you really think games can add a "gamble system" where 95% of time your not even close getting half the $ you spend...this is a fraud, few months ago that happened and they refunded people's keys and im pretty sure if this forum was filled by "HateMe" they would have not care.

Friend did 800 keys, not a single 3star. I'm currently at 250 no 3star yet, so please stop with the rng excuse, it got old long ago.  This is robbery, plain and simple and no wonder we lost 90% playerbase. Soon rest will have enough and you can talk to yourself on the forums and game...

First of all, this is not a scam or fraud. They do not guarantee you a 3-star jackpot at any point. They CLEARLY state to you what is in the trove and they CLEARLY communicate to you that its rng based and nothing is guaranteed. they arent scamming you, you are scamming yourself because you are so fixiated to get something which oyu know has a low chance of coming. thats not on them, thats purely on you. At no point in time its guaranteed to get items worth what you spend in $ and you know that very well since its not the first trove you took part in. You just do not want to admit your own issue so you blame it on trove because that is more conveniant for you. also, they did not refund peoples keys, some people just made up crybaby stories to support so they felt bad and gave them some hm coins / keys thats all. Has nothing to do with refunding.

Again this isnt robbery. No mentally sane person would drop 800 keys fixiated to get something there is a very low chance of getting. Plus the fact that there are players that got the 3-star proves it is not a scam in any way / shape or form. If no one would ever get the 3-star, then yes it might have been a scam, however:

Again your arguments make no sense, i repeat again main problem isnt low drop rate on 3 stars,  problem is low drop rate even on 2stars and poor rewards , if you open a casino everyone gambing lose moneys and never win its a "scam"...

So back in the days people like me reacted in forum to understand what going on, they checked and discovered there was a bug, so what i want is them to check again if everything correct, because sry but we can't really count on people like you to point a bug in this game.

You guys are trying to complain about RNG when going into trove you knew it was RNG how could you expect to get a 3 star crit with $60, i dropped 350 keys last trove and didn't get a 3 star but didn't complain either because ITS RNG AND I KNEW GOING INTO IT NOT TO EXPECT ANYTHING. Call a lawyer over gambling in a video game, you're an idiot.

 

Also if you think that 2 stars are rare this trove you're out of your mind. but again, its a random chance.

You're so lost and you're going nowhere with this thread, there's nothing wrong with trove just because YOU got some terrible luck this time around.

 

NCSoft didn't rob anyone because its clearly your choice to do anything regarding spending money in this game. You're Delusional

So any new of CM, drop rate are ok? rewards are ok? because like someone pointed it in an other thread, this is what most of 2 stars look like : 

Previous trove the "non bugged" one a 2 stars crit was for me in the worst case 50 moonstones, so rewards are nerfed?

I've known people to make a killing in this trove, just as I know people that turned up blank. No different from past troves.  I did my normal 100 keys and while I was a little bummed from the lack of 2 star crits and no three star crits. It is what it is. Trove was always meant to be a fun little bonus, not something to be relied on. As past members of my clan learned, aiming for the big rewards almost always leads to disappointment.

I just want to say this: 3-star actually worth only guilded gems. Everything else you can get from 2-stars. Sure, they are cool to get, but I bet your upgrade isn't only about gems.

Complaining about Trove is like going to a casino and gambling all your money don't win nothing then cry to management about the machines being rigged. That's what Trove is an in game casino. No one told you or forced you to spend that much money when you know how it goes from start. I only did 100 keys and called it quits after that. I got all I wanted from them 100 keys all the outfits and some mats. Stop with the complaining and just don't spend your money if it's that big of an issue.
