launcher error

There is an error says Unexpected Execption Window when i login on the launcher. Pls how to fix it?

same... come on NC 1st aion blue screens my pc and now this game does too? makes me want a refund for my revival package.. which sucks cuz i was looking forward to this

delete and re-install Launcher did the job for two others before.

reinstalled launcher and instead of critical store exception it's still bsoding me with the error "critical process died"

your games bsod Win10? you are sure your system, esp. cooling/fans are OK?

it ONLY happens w/ aion and now this my computer never crashes doing anything else

 

lineage 2 used to do it too then outta nowhere it started working again

you got to reinstall launcher so it can update to the correct version (2.2.2.0.671 version) then u can play after it patches

mind u opening the launcher's fine.. trying to play gives me that error

I have the same problem too.  However after I clicked on the BNS_UE4 short cut created, and that fixed my problem.

Have you tried to find the nc launcher in programs file folder or whatevever you installed on?

and do what exactly? i'd imagine i have the launcher installed given that i need it to even try to open the game

I was having this issue too. I uninstalled NC Launcher 2 and downloaded a new one. Make sure you're opening it through the correct icon; mine is a Blue square with NC in it. Using the old red game shortcut continued to cause it to bug out. Mine seems to be downloading the game now, so we'll see if it works.

I reinstalled Launcher ...but keeps saying the game is still in Maintenance...is that still going on?

Your NC Launcher isn't updating. Please Uninstall the NC Launcher and then reinstall it. Hopefully, it'll download the necessary NC Launcher updates and you can start/download the game.

Right now the Game Launcher is about 85% done with File Check / checking for Updates...if that doesn't work i will uninstall and reinstall the Launcher

Ok this seems to be working now...UE4 Setup Prerequisites was successful  and the game is updating hopefully it finishes thank you for the help Hime

gonna try reinstalling the client on a dif drive.. cuz the launcher seems to be the correct version and all after a reinstall of it

ok i'm legit furious right now.. now i'm back to unexpected  store exception and/or critical process died.. so reinstallin the launcher AND the game has done nothing... i was so looking forward to this update just for this to ruin it for me completely
