I don't think you can get it unless you get lucky or actually pay to get corallites. Am I right in this? because the amount of corallites you can get a day for 21 days doesn't add up to 500.

Well reading the patch notes a few dungs say it's from the dynamic green quest that would mean you can run it till your heart is content and get it unless I'm missing something ^.^

I think the dynamic quests they are from are only mandate and cold storage.
