How am i stoopid, srsly ? doing boring dungeons hundred of times becuse they set too low drop rate on purpose... but still on it ! So the server crash, and i'm bored of waiting to be bored by doing a hundred and one time the same dungeon ? ... u_u'
Just bought the one year premium... i wonder WHY did i have done this yesterday... WHY ???

MMO servers structures are highly segmented for purposes (like play, logged in accounts, chat, auctionhouse).

Could easily be that the login server is offline.
