Company behind gold spammers

Okay, I'm sick and tired of this. For anyone that wants to know there is a company behind all the in-game gold spammers--legitimate or not I honestly don't know. You can find this information yourself and verify everything I'm about to post. So feel free to do so if you choose. I'm posting this here since this company obviously has no morals about invading someone else's game and aggravating all of the players via the chat. Why NCSoft is allowing them to continue I have no idea. They also have a sordid history, to say the least, when it comes to any type of customer service (look them up for yourself). I would suggest reporting them to Yahoo and Google as much as they seem to get a kick out of in-game spamming, but maybe that's just me? Anyway, here's the information from the 2 most annoying in-game gold spammers:

Btw. it definitely got quiet on [DE]Frostgipfel, they only missed to block 4 bots but that's acceptable. I wasn't able to block all bots before they took them out.

It's several RMT companies that are spamming (not only this game but other MMOs as well). Sadly, so long as there are players who cannot be bothered to acquire their in-game funds the legit way, these RMT companies will make a profit. Top it all off, there isn't a whole lot game developers/publishers CAN do as these companies tend to originate outside of legal jurisdictions of the publication company (primarily China).

 

Because of this, the accusation of the game company being "in cahoots" with the RMT companies is frequently flung about.

 

What's funny is that how vigorously these RMT companies defend the legitimacy of their business on social media sites like Facebook.

I think  Yinsi BaoHu Yi KaiQi is not only the gold spammers here but they also have a clothing website called trendsgal.com

My family purchased some stuff there but not all of the items came and I went and searched for reviews, all of them say that it's a scam and at http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/trendsgal.com#box-comment the name of the owners of trendsgal.com is also Yinsi BaoHu Yi KaiQi. That's why I found this site and apparently they used other methods to scam other people also. I really hope someone will do something about this because they will continue to cheat other people's money.
