exactly, total tickets from 4 chars. i expect official ingame information to be complete, correct and reliable. i dont care that the npc/quest is gone, but the ticket explicitly says to be usable 3 more weeks: "this item is redeemable until: 2022/7/5" there is and was no other way to redeem the ticket than by entering the dungeon. do i have to write a ticket to get my 10k gold?

i collected around 100 tickets but didnt have time to use them until now. on the item it says it can be used until july 5th so i didnt have to hurry. the quest npc and the dungeon are missing at mushins tower. is it a visual bug or did they move them? where can i use my tickets?

nc just understands one language: money. if you players want them to change anything, stop giving them money.

at the last boss of nykarri hall of trials i get very high ping in the last phase when he jumps to the mid (14ms->200ms). all my inputs are ignored, i just see some action of the boss but no health bars move. first time i was solo and the game disconnected after around 2mins. just now i was with 3 other people who killed the boss in that time and it was hard to get rewards because again my inputs were ignored. it finally worked and after leaving my ping was down to 14ms and all lag was gone. another game that was open meanwhile had no ping/lag issues. am i the only one with this problem?

when you talk about finding dungeon/raid groups pls always mention server, faction and time. i play on eu server in cerulean faction very late at night (between the last 2 koldraks), on weekends additionally at afternoon/evening. i do my dailies in f8 with lfp only, sometimes solo. i do my weeklies by standing in front of a raid and wait for someone from crimson recruiting in region chat. sometimes i just apply to people currently entering. when im in, i recruit in my faction chat. it seems like i have to wait longer each week, but i get it done every time. if i want to find/buy harder raids i go to discord.gg/bnsrecruitment

it seems like you have to finish chaos supply chain stage 5 to get any soul boost points, before that the meter doesnt move

oh that is a cheat? i always thought that i lag or it is just another minimap bug. now i can report them all and i hope they get banned.

achievements to be able to buy the accessory chests also arent updated, no chance to finish them when there are no more subtratum/aerodrome stages...

the only item i buy from there is/was dragon trade pouches, because thats the only thing i need from the shop. i think they were below 10hmc some years ago, but later got more expensive and then not sold anymore. i still need many of them so im waiting for them to return.

sounds like the game is very much dependent on being logged in and doesnt run without that token. after disconnecting you have to log in again because the token gets deleted when closing the game. i guess the connection is a websocket and you could just add one line of code intead of closing the game: while(token.isvalid() && !socket.isconnected()){socket.connect();}

how can you claim that? when you want to start the game you first have to log in. when you disconnect (=log out), the game closes. seems very dependent to me. please explain how you see this as independent. i am just a software developer specialised in web applications (which also contain login systems) and not games, so you can teach me that.

currently the game only runs when you are logged in, so it is dependent on that. even the launcher is dependent on being logged in.

just make the game running and being logged in independent from each other or reverse the order, like all the other games do

always the same excuse that ncwest has no power to change anything... they can complain to ncsoft, they can refuse to pay, they can refuse to patch, they can check the status of bns korea. just like we players can complain to ncwest, refuse to pay, refuse to patch (=refuse to play) or check the status of bns korea. (and for exact dps calculation: record your run and measure time when playing back the video)

there are different ways to measure time, like clocks

go to training dummy and calculate it yourself: total hp lost divided by time needed

we dont blame an employee for the decisions made by his employer. but those cms/support staff are the face of the company which we can talk to. anything we tell them they should just forward to ncwest and not take it personally. and why cant ncwest demand changes from ncsoft? just forward the requests from the players every time they complain. maybe phrase it more constructively and add some anticipated monetary benefits to it (like retention). do you think that ncsoft just ignores that or chooses the opposite?

may i suggest that you write a little note in the topics you read like "thanks for your feedback. it will be forwarded to the appropriate person. please be patient while i try to get an answer."? i think getting any response is better than feeling ignored.
