Almost same in EU. It went from 60 go 180g and they are being actively sold. 

If NCSoft would make higher gold costs but less material cost it would be great. But hey, lets make exp charm crafting that needs evolved stones, ms, pet pods etc. Who cares about economy right?

Instead of crying you should be making profit of the whales that buy them. They will drop in price in a few weeks.

What makes you think they will go down? They only drop rarely from CS second boss, and the pets drop rarely from Mandate, and I’ve seen one drop in DT. They were already hard to get with how many are needed to upgrade the pet. The price has doubled since they added the new exp charm crafting. Unless they add another way to get them (aside from swiping), I think the price will stay high.

The price went up because after the patch there was a "boom" on the exp charms and whales went for it. Just make as much profit of it as you can and they will go down once they reached their limits.

Sacred orbs used to be 7g+ at one point now they are down to 2g.

Sacred Orbs are Frozen Stringers, you do know the good old stingers price :D but pet pods will cost more in future.

They were in silvers then went up to 7g once you could use them to make the 5m exp charms. Now they are back down to 2g

Actually Sacred orbs are extremely easy to get and farm. Just do your dailies, or Sundered Nexus ( i got the 100 bundle 2 times till now).

 

The only difference is: sacred oils can be farmed, while the only pet pod source is players money, thats why the price went up.

The people who solely and only care about "high AP" are dumb. High AP doesnt mean you have good dps, it also doesnt mean faster clears. If your overall gear is trash, the 1200 AP will not make you better than someone with 950AP but with proper accessories and soulshields.

having an aransu or raven weapon also doesnt mean someone has good dps.

Still it is stupid and having high grade weapon only doesn't make party good or result in higher overall party DPS. Someone might have Raven weapons from trove but legendary accessories, elemental accessories, bad SS. Also some classes shines not in DPS but in utility they bring, like party buffs, shields, heals, resurrections (well atm it's SF only that can do so) etc. It is one thing to have "Raven/Aransu only" parties and completely different thing to have properly set up and correctly (even if lower stages) geared up players.

 

What most people fail to see that current meta isn't only about high AP or weapon stage, there are also badges that has big impact, souls, SS, accessories, elemental dmg, crit rate, crit dmg, accuracy

They added a 5m EXP Charm to please the whales(uses a pet pod to transmute), that ruined the market, before that it was ~90gold for one.

 

also farming them is thought, one i 18k Zen beans for coins and the rest of materials is still ~100+ gold
