Why Seraph Weapon After the 10 stack cooldown reset not work?

Same to topic, why seraph weapon after the 10 stack skill cooldown still dosent work??

It works just fine, just tested it ~

After you get 10 stacks of the recovery buff that procs when you get hit, the buff is replaced with a 10s spirit of light buff which resets your skill cooldowns at the end of its duration.

It does not however reset the cooldown of skills which explicitly state their cooldown's unable to be reset.

 

Not sure what you two're on about but the seraph weapons effect is working as advertised :3

seraph weapon i on hit right but how do you get hit so many times and not die or is it guaranteed on hit

This is because seraph weapon (white ridge) is intended for tank classes like BM/KFM. Also works good on WL cause of the leech CD reduction effect. The weapon is intended to work that way.

does spirit of life stack when used block skills? or only when u get a hit ?

by nature of the game baleful has more of a chance to proc which makes it much better than seraph for warlock since warlock isn't the one in the receiving end most of the time. + the damage buff.

Only when you get hit. Blocking/Countering does not actually proc the effect.

That's why this weapon is close to useless unless you want the CDR but even then that's only decent when it's Stage 6 or 7.

This is why I wish we'd get the KR version of it so it'll turn into on hit like Baleful so it'll be useful.
