Anyone seen bracers drop from weapon boxes yet?

Trying to get a jump on SF and interested in seeing if anyone has seen whether bracers are in the game yet.

I've seen bracers drop twice so far. I remember getting one in mushin's tower. Since it was useless to me I just salvaged it lol.
