You could try sending in a ticket with the photo, or just wait until a mod sees this thread.

As long as the evidence is there they should definitely remove the name from that person along with a warning.

Like others have stated in this thread, when you come across players who have inappropriate names, please submit a ticket to customer support and they will be able to handle the rest. You can email support@bladeandsoul.com or submit a ticket through here: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us. In the meantime, we have gone ahead and reported this player for you. Keep the above steps in mind for if you come across another player who has an offensive name. ^^

 

As a side note: Posting images to blacklist or defame a player on the forums is prohibited so the image has been removed.
