i was banned i asked why in my ticket, i told them i use WTFast, because i live in australia, i spent a lot of money, and i dont get told why, i just get told that it stands, so if this has happened to you, kiss your money good bye.

I think it was NCsoft who announced that they will ban users who use WTFast, i think thats your reason.

Cause that's a pretty big dick-move, given NCSoft's track record on connection & server stability.

Why do NCSoft ban gamers using WTFast? They still play B&S whether they are founders or pure F2P or as they would have to subscribe to WTFast but play B&S as F2P? Does not make any sense at all to me.

wow don't know about that..because i used wtfast in CBT and lot other people in dojo and no1 got banned.

 

Can @Rukkirii @Lock6 or any other ncsoft staff tell if this is true?

I've been using WTFast without a ban since the headstart began. Where did NCSoft say that they're banning for using it?

They did not, thats the problem, i only logged out for 2hrs yesterday and in that time i got banned, so i wasent even online when it happened
