As we wrap up 2019, we’d like to wish you the merriest of holidays. Our offices will be closed for the remainder of the year as we take some time off to spend the holidays with our friends and family. Many of us remain on call for any urgent issues. Our Customer Support team will continue to answer the tickets you submit during this time, and our scheduled regular maintenance will happen on December 25 and January 1. The maintenance schedule for Wednesday, December 25 and Wednesday, January 1 are: Start: 4:00 a.m. PST End: 6:45 a.m. PST Say safe and be merry; we’ll see you in the new year, Cricket! Viblo, we understand the sentiment, but please understand we are not redirecting players to contact Customer Support out of maliciousness or ignorance of the issue. There are some issues the Support team can solve and if they cannot, they collect the information to escalate. There is no denying that there are optimization issues with the game. There have been minor tweaks made over the years to help improve the issues, but not the overhaul it needs. I don't have an answer for you as to when you can expect to see major improvements, but this issue is important to us.

We're in the process of receiving a fix for this issue. Weirdly enough, the issue does not affect the Windpiercer spec... We'll provide an update once this is resolved. Thanks!

Thank you for confirming, Miggy Miggs. We have delivered the rewards a few hours ago to those reaching level 60 on their Zen Archer before maintenance. We'll be aiming to do the same next week. Thank you!

Hi ElectricPotato, we have been reading and following the discussions on the matter. I don't think we need anything more--there were a lot of good points and rightful concerns brought up. We'll be having further discussions with the dev team, and share more information as soon as its available.

Hello all, The rewards for reaching Level 60 on your Zen Archer will be delivered tomorrow or by Friday. It's a manual process and we will let you know when the rewards are delivered to those that reached level 60 on the Zen Archer before the maintenance today.

Hi all, To provide a little more transparency, we made the change to simplify the contest process internally and externally. We reviewed each and every entry received, and along with the dev team selected our Top 11 and subsequently the Top 5 that we wanted you to vote from. There is no doubt we have a lot of talented and creative artists in our community, but since there will only be 1 Grand Prize winner per category, the goal was to provide better focus on selecting the winning design.

There will be total of 22 winners-- 2 Grand Prize and 20 Finalist. What you're voting on is the Top 5 from the Top 11.
