idk what is going on but support is really slow so im gona post some of my issues here and see if i get A reply  that would be a step in the right direction i paid for some coins off the store used my card took the money off my card but gave me nothing and no email and did a ticket and everything but have not got a reply and tryed to tweet to them because if you pull money from my card i should get the stuff i paid for but still got no reply from support or anything i would have been happy if they just said hey we are looking into it but i have got nothing i have pics of my card getting charged and what not so if someone could reach out to me in the next hour or two would be great if not ill start a fraud report and never do anything with this game 

 

i do love this game so much just wanted to make a new char but need to buy a slot but cant due to this so dont get me wrong i love this game

It sometimes takes like 12 hours for the 1st time you purchase NCoin.

Was this a first time purchase?  If so then NC has a waiting period of about 24 hours before they send the ncoin after charging your account due to previous scamming.  If you had used Paypal or Amazon there wouldn't be any waiting.

If you stop payment on your purchase it's almost certain that your account will be banned.  It's basically automatic when dealing with nc.

How long it takes them to respond to a ticket isn't specified anywhere.  But if you threaten them to try and speed them up you will probably get a response but it won't be the one you want or need.  Just saying.

its also not said when you buy anything its going to take so and so time you have to go to the support to find out so they cant be pissed at me when im spending my money getting charged and never getting what i paid for

I'm not trying to defend nc but being patient is the best way to resolve this.  Burning bridges only leaves you with the taste of ashes in your mouth (and a wet swim if you need to reverse course).

That is exactly how nc works on initial purchases due to previous scamming attempts.  Whether it's customer friendly is certainly debatable, but it's simply a fact that that is how they do business now.  I guess it's up to you if you want to continue to do business with them but they are not going to change their policies.  Everyone on this boards has seen this happen time and again and knows how nc does business and responds to it's customers.  In some cases they make exceptions but that is fairly rare whale territory.

If you like the game I do recommend giving them a bit more time (depending on when you actually made the purchase).  With the sever merge there could be a higher volume of tickets/posts they need to look through.  Burning bridges is a dangerous thing to do with the things you enjoy.

If you bought Nccoins for first time by using credit card it takes about 24h for coins to get to you i remember it was written somehere but cant remember right know. For future i would advice use paypall as its prety much delivers instantly.
