Hello,
I have been trying to contact support through your website but it redirects me to my account page every time i click on blade and soul support.
I wanted to ask if i could get my soul reset because i upgraded it with sacred vial the day before the patch notes for the legacy of the hongmoon clan came out and i saw that the event makes it possible to get a free awakening ascending soul! 
And i wasted all these sacred vials for nothing.. would it be possible to get them back?

Its a new patch andas always a load of people send in tickets. Replies are always longer after bigger updates like this. just be patient. xD
