    Hello im here to give some feedback. The gold rewards were increased and i think they were enough and doing the purple train was worth it again. I like that you dont need to work more for less rewards since now you can claim the material box on 3 challenges completed. Very well done ncwest team! Though it would be nice if we could claim the materials reward from weekly challenge on 2 weeklies done cause its a pain to do the The halls and then have to go into dasari to do either sogun or the thrall weekly.

  4. Nowadays there arent enough players doing pvp as before.. Most players are doing battelgrounds/battleroyale and 1v1s and probably 1% of the pvping population is doing tag matches. It is extremely hard to find bg matches and tag matches even with the new adjustments. Most players dont bother with pvp at all because 1. Pve is more rewarding 2. There are derankers 3. Its hard to find matches 4. Some think that some classes arent balanced 5. Wintraders. These are the reasons i think are why people dont pvp as they used to. We all know that pve in this game is braindead apart from learning hong or mao or doing a not-yet-nerfed raid. Bad part is that if you want to progress in the game you must do pve or else you cant and i think this is unfair for pvp oriented players. Therefore i think that doing pvp should be rewarding even if you arent really good at it. Here are a couple suggestions to make pvp more attractive: 1. Make the pvp rewards higher than the pve rewards so that it attracts players. 2. Dont release broken classes or dont make the new class broken for 3 months until you nerf it (im not complaining about archer btw). 3. Make a pvp+pve events. Because its unfair for those who farm all their gold and gear up by pvping. Lets say the pve event is an event dungeon and for the pvp version of the event you could do like 5 or more matches and claim your event currency. Pve players could do the event dungeon or event quests and pvp players could just Pvp. 4. If a person has reached a high rank dont let them be able to derank so that a 1800 ranked isnt able to player afk for 10 matches and destroy the people who are still bronze or silver. Since people wouldnt be able to derank i think they will just afk to make things faster so you can make it like it is now in bg, and in bg if you dont play your character you dont get any points if you loose or win a match. Those who afk shouldnt get rewards or be able to Derank. 5. Do something about wintraders i have no idea what but something must be done because its unfair to those who got to the high ranks with skill or idk just because they played an op class. And i say op class because they do exist i won say which ones. And before you say git gud i mind you know that i am in the 1700s rank in 1v1 so i know the basics. 6. Do something about the players using xml edit in bg and casting destro ulti once every 30 seconds.

  6. you know what people would spend money for in this game? WINGS. EVERYBODY LOVES WINGS. every cash user loves to bedazzle their characters so release rng boxes with skins and wings with dragons swirling around your character and you will be good to go! i mean everytime you release an rng box its like a mini trove with less or more profit for the players! i think they should release more cosmetics into the game and wings for the whales and swirly dragons too! Maybe new fps dropping skill skins!

  9. Yes i do think that kfm is pretty op against like most ranged classes. I mean against summoner they have countless aoe ccs and they can oneshot the cat if you dont see tremor coming. Also they have cc immunity for like 6 seconds and they can cast the skill once every 8 seconds. When their immunity is off they will just tremor or pull stun which you cant block except for pull stun. If you try to block pull stun they will just do some defense piercing bs or tremor since you cant block it nor can you see the animation before it happens on any of their skills except for the air jump. I play kfm as an alt and i have a super easy time against summoners its a joke really. And honestly the summoners defense break 1+f thing is utterly useless against classes like bm bd and kfm since they will just use some projectile resist or kfm and just e Or pull stun to stop you or they can C resist and they will be fine even with a broken guard. Melee classes run faster than ranged and if your z is on a 36 s cd you cannot run to them while they guard is broken. And melee classes have a speed buff so its perfect for them to runaway and the summoner wont catch them in time. Kfms have a spammable block and our guard break cd is around 30 seconds. And we dont have enough iframes or counters to protect us when we literally cannot do anything against the kfm

    And you are wrong it takes a daze or a stun to knockup a person. And summoners are only good at pvp because of the air combo. If you remove the aircombo summoner is as good as useless in pvp. And let me tell you how hard it actually is to aircombo someone, i mean we have to stun or daze you first before we launch you into the air so you have a full second there to tab out before we hit v. There is a super super low chance that v will crit and we can v a second time but that chance is very low and doesnt even happen everyday. (Btw we cant launch you with a kd like you say). And summoner actually has only 1 resistance skill and thats not many like you say. True friend is a 5 sec resist and beckon and ss are 1 second iframes. Thats it. Those are all the iframes we have, and if you hit into our counter then you only have yourself to blame for spamming

    Im all for it, when i was new in bns a few years ago i didnt even knew what mechanics are or that they existed and wiped my party too many times x). People sayd “look up the mechs” and i had no idea what “mechs” mean. so it would be nice to have like an in-game journal where all the guides for the dungeons are stored.

  14. I expect it is rather annoying for pvp focused players to constantly switch lobbies whenever they wanna go from 1v1s to battle royale or even battelgrounds. Lets say you were pvping some battle royale and the arena queue suddenly opened, you would have to leave the f8 lobby and go to the world and then enter the arena lobby and if you suddenly changed your mind that you wanted to quickly do some daillies you and a few battlegrounds while the frenzy is still on you would have to leave the lobby - loadingscreen - enter f8 - loading screen - queue - loading screen.. I think it is so annoying to have to go to 3 different lobbys to do pvp oriented content. Why not move the pvp content all in one lobby or better yet merge bg and battleroyale lobbys with the arena and tag match ones. I think it is very unnecessary and messy to have one pvp content in f8 and another in the real world and another in a seperate lobby. Also during battleground frenzys i get around 10 minute wait times to find a match which is insane and same thing happens for arena... I havent been able to even find a 3v3 party for a long time now. Increasing the rewards from pvp activities would bring in players to even dare to try pvp before they decide that they dont like it.

    by the way to encourage pvp i think we should make the arena keys more accessable and by that i mean make them a 1 to 3 quest reward on the dc on the 4th quest, its os much unnecessary worth just for one measly key

    Thank you for listening to the players, faith restored in Blade & Soul. I was one of the players who made a post about gold nerfs being hurtful to new players and i feel like i’ve been indirectly heard. I just hope that these changes will compensate for the loss of gold each day compared to how much gold we got before the nerfs.
  19. Question for pvping summoner

    I am wondering which skills are best to spec against which class as a summoner. Like for bd i always spec my Q roll instead of cat taunt.. its just what i find works best but im not sure about the other classes.. could anyone be nice enough to share some advice? What skills to spec vs who and whether or not to use earth or wind vs a specific class?.. helpful replies would be very much appreciated Peace

    I think it would be a great idea to revive dead content to the current average player gear level. I love blackram supply chain and bloodshade and nightshade harbours and i love silverfrost daillies. For some players that didnt play since that long ago it could count as a new experience since they never did those dungeons before from the previous patches. its a shame to let such fun dungeons and daillies go to waste
  21. I understand that, my main is tt geared but i stopped playing for a few months and when ET came out i got behind and the nerfs to the gold rewards really made me slow down my pace by a ton. Idm not being able to do end game dungeons but i do think that upgrading your gear should feel more rewardable so that people wouldnt get tired. I was at shadowforge3 back when TT was the hardest raid and i cought up relatively fast to the last-tier gear even if they were stage 1 or 6. I do lots of pvp and battlegrounds but all the materials go to my gear since farming the material boxes in f8 is way slower for me. Im low on everything except moonstones. I just hate it how the gold income gets nerfed but the costs for upgrading gear stay the same. I mean shadowforge is still expensive, tt accesories are still hella expensive for the crappy dps they provide like the weapon. I dont even know whats worth to farm anymore.. what are the new methods.. but i heard that msp is still good for mats and f8 is just painful to sit through.
  22. Hi. Another patch - another gold nerf. Before the nerfs a generous income of 100g/day could be easily achieved by most VT geared players now its impossible to scrap around at least 50g with the new quest reward reductions. I do understand that these changes are for the game’s economy but what about the players? They are getting half the income for the same effort. Now even if you do all the new dungeons and the lower ones you cannot even scrap up 100g! A lowered income for the same amount of effort put in. You sometimes say that these changes are to make players do the higher dungeons so you force them out of the old ones by making them a waste of time. But how can you expect people to do the higher dungeons if doing them doesnt compensate the loss of average gold income per day? And what about the new players? How will they catch up if their income gets nerfed before they even manage to get to the current patch and gear level which will also be nerfed before they even reach the new gear level that will come out in a few months? I dont know. if you nerf the gold rewards, make sure you nerf the upgrade costs for old tier gear (TT) to compensate for it cause these changes are only hurting the players. And in my opinion upgrading TT gear isnt cheap enough to compensate. If you take away a source of gold income you should add a new one that can compensate and not make you loose money and require more effort.

So we finally reached a point where a f2p game becomes p2w because either they are receiving lower revenue or because they just want to milk more money and make another game to milk even more money.. this event has officially confirmed that this is the beginning of the end of a f2p blade and soul. Rewards are locked behind clearing the last stage of longgui or burning mausoleum, which require dps to kill, which require gear to kill, gear that players cannot acquire overnight. To me this looks like the end of f2p bns. Unless they fix this event+ add compensation or unless the next event is f2p friendly i doubt i will recommending anyone to play this game anymore or spend any money on it. Because i dont support what ncsoft is doing. I havent spent money on bns in well over few months since they kept ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ing the players over i advise everyone to do the same.. or else no one will listen to us - the playerbase - the ones who make it possible for ncsoft to pay their employees.
