No, you can only buy Hongmoon Coin but this is only for NCoin, if u don't have enough NCoin you'll need to charge your account with 5€

The costume is ugly, clips badly, and the other stuff in the pack is 10 dragon trader pouches. If you don't already have ncoin I wouldn't bother with it.
