I sent support requests on refunding 50 brawler lootboxes which i did not unpack , for 50 explorer ones. Hello ouzmo, Could you please provide me with your ticket number so we can investigate why ticket timestamp gets refreshed despite you not getting a reply? Also right now the Blade & Soul Support Team us experiencing a high volume of tickets therefore response time is higher than usual, I am really sorry about that. Thank you! Toshiwoshi Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Mine got refreshed around one day later without any update too, changed from 2x hours to 3 or 4 hours, like if it were new, but around 48 hours after I sended the ticket I got a reply and after that, it went pretty fast, so just don't worry and wait a little more.
