It's not...

"they're coming back"
They are = He/she is (in this case)

Because you don't know the correct pronoun, 'they' is used in its place. This is correct English.

They're a lot of people that play outside of North America with less vocabulary, but that's alright because it really is just another gateway for the corporation to profit. It's best to just deal with them or help them out, thanks for bringing this up; if we can take the time to provide them some facts maybe they'll learn. It's always good to be a little generous.
