The one that has the most crit. That would be scorpion in your case.

 

Btw, don't bother farming low level soul shields. Just use whatever you pick up. Those extra stats besides the hp don't really matter while leveling.

What the one poster said, don't put to much time into low level shields. If you can get a full scorpion set and just run that until you hit moonwater and start running blackram supply and bloodshade harbor. (i would say bloodshade over blackram) if you need a shield inbetween those two buy the one from the Valor NPC in Hogshead.

I got the whole Blight Set before I got my weapon, so I went with Blight :p  But I recall using the full Scorpion set before that.  Blight was better, but Scorpion is fine if you have it all and not all of Blight.

Scorpion is much better than Blight but you should also get an amethyst and swap that with the ruby you got in your weapon. More crit = more amethyst procs = more damage + healing.

 

You can also use the Scorpion pieces to fuse with Exiles later.

The only non-free set in lower levels that is worth farming and using Unsealing Charms on is Exiles. I prefer the Viridian Hero set over Blight. Viridian is not as good as Blight but at that level the difference is small.

Stalker->Viridian->Scorpion(optional)->Exiles(5 pieces or full)->Profane->BSH or Lab
