[Help] BnS login failed

I think everybody have the same. Maybe because of maintenance.

I tried today to login and i got this.

 

"Login failed.

Please try again in a few minutes. (49)"

 

Never had this problem before. I am using win 7 64.

Any suggestions are welcomed

I know it is maintenance, but never had this problem before.

With Ncsoft it seems anything is possible. Blade and error the new name for this game :))

Oh good. Maintenance going on. I didn't realize that was the issue as I was having the same problem. Phew...makes things a bit easier. LOL

Maintenance is always every week on the same day and at the same time o.o

With Blade and Soul it ALWAYS gives that error if you try to login during maintenance. It cannot connect to the server so it informs it in terms of error. Not sure are you new to the game but this error appeared always to me or anyone I know if they tried to login during maintenance. Reason for this game having it like this is because you login to your account before opening the launcher so it fails at this stage if it cannot connect to servers. Other games (that I know of) start the launcher and after that you login in your account.

There needs to be a notification in the Log in.

It says I failed multiple log-in attempts when I barely tried to log-in. That part confused me, so I changed my password and tried to log-in, now I know it is weekly maintenance; but I usually get further than this.
