Can i turn my Jin BM into a Yun BM if so, will i be able to adjust my looks as i fit or will it be random so that they could make me buy appearance change voucher :)

yes u can change from jin to yun

and yes u can customize ur char appearance like making a new char

no need to buy appearance change voucher

keep in mind if the class is race locked you can only choose those races
