Anyone elses game unplayably slow recently?

Since the new patch, I have attempted to play the game, but it has become unplayable.  There are multiple seconds between actions, large spikes in lag, and just overall slowness.

I can't even move things around in my bag or vault without large hiccups. 
I did an internet speed test to show that it's definitely not on my end if anyone wants to make that claim:

 

It's also not my computer - I run:

gtx 980 4g

32gb ram

i7 5930k 3.4ghz

 

I currently play on the Master Hong server.  
Anyone else experiencing this or know if this server is having a known issue?

Yes, I've felt an increase in latency recently.

Same thing happens to me today as well. Game becomes unplayable, takes about 2 secs to use skills <---Ani-cancel. combo are impossible now :(

It was perfect yesterday, pvp all nice and stuff until today....

As much as I don't wish latency on others, I'm glad it's not just me, so hopefully it gets addressed.  I honestly cannot play the game right now, and that's a huge bummer considering the weekend and all.

If you're running into a problem with latency, please be sure to put in a Support Ticket so that our team can try to help troubleshoot with you what's going on.

I created a ticket... but this seems to be a server side issue, notsomuch something that tech support or moderators can deal with.

Latency and fps  haven't change to me personally still getting low 70ms and my usual 55fps and it was the same last week.

On the contrary to what everyone's going through, I'm benefiting from the performance boost after the last patch strangely enough. Before, it was unbearable.

 

I suppose I'm just one of the lucky users who got theirs working from the get go after maintenance.

My game is slow and keeps crashing after the patch. Wtf just happened?

Every time when I engage in combat my game just drop fps and crashes. RIP
