We are not suppose to "delete" items, so this is definitely not our fault not even a single one. For a second thing, compensation should be on a place, EU players could not play for a whole day (from 1 PM to 11 PM ATM and still can't log in) we should be compensated with event and daily stuff at least.

Can't wait for "Please contact support via ticket if you had the Soul in inventory" then we gonna wait another 3 days.

Still...1hour and half and not fixed, they could literally delete that item from few of people that mentioned their chars here and see if that is the issue, or directly run an emergency maint. What a wasted day in EU...already 10 pm and main was from 1 PM..

@HimeSeems like Soul item from previous event may be the issue, Can't log in my WL name - Sorashin Server - EU - Jinsoyun Had no soul on any other char and can log them fine.

It can be some items.. for example Badge or bracelet box in inventory.

Can't log in my Warlock, EU - Jinsoyun, can log some of other chars. There is also plenty of people saying same on BNS Twitter, seems like some issue is up again .. Tried to repair game, didn't help.

Having GM in name is scam, but there is jo way for scammer to have GM icone before name. Also existence of GM is common, just because you can't see them doesn't means that they do not exist. For example they were always hidden in WoW. Here is short video, he was level 1 but wasn't dying od the mobs, also his profile said that "character does not exist"

Problem is 5hat you "heard" something without giving time to verify the information and based on that you went to forum to start complain... There was no abuse of event, problem was that NCSoft didn't calculate in the account people efforts to min-max the event. Elements can be vendored for 5g, event gave you 20 candies, so you could make 100g per char for 5-10 min event. There was no abuse of this since everything was stated in patch notes, ncsoft just didn't expect people to run it on 12 chars every day, where people in an hour and half per day made about 9k gold in the week.

When are the stream times? When can we expect the next stream? On a week or a week before astromancer ?

Why wasn't thing such as item level indicator added yet? It's too hard to get into normal dungs as people started using other indicators such as HM level or AP.. People see HM level of 17 and think (this guy can't have high AP) and kick him regardless of gear, I even saw HM 22 and thought "yea this guy will carry us through daily" what a surprise when that player was wearing a full True yeti gear not even finished story.. AP is also another problem. Since people determined that between 2-2,2k AP means "geared". It's essentially true, but has a ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ flaw, some people may just throw extra HM points into attack to get more AP while getting Boss attack during burst would be better, it's not much (like 25+-) yet there is another issue. Since people started using AP as an indicator then it's hard for some classes. For example FM has base AP of 405 or so ? While destro has 504. This includes classes such as BD, BM, BD that also has more AP in base. 100 AP as starting advantage during 2k minimum is a hella LOT, and I do not see reason why 1900 FM should be kicked over 2k destro due to difference in base stat (just because of incorrect indicator). Yes it's player option to pick AP as an indicator, but that is only because there is no other way to determine player gear expect going through all their stuff. I personally hate any kind of iLVL stuff in game, but having an indicator where certain class start in disadvantage is even worse.

I just noticed this when sudenly I was playing with 240ms instead of 100-130 on one of instance dungeon.. crazy, usually Salvo is around number of Zaps ~15% more/less hits, but when I had 240ms I had only about 10 hits out of 200 zaps..

Wait...servers were moved ? Now it make sense why my 90-100me went to 130-260... Where are they now?
